Job Description

Accounts Payable (AP) Function:
• To assist in the collection and follow up of all original and soft copies of official receipts (OR) to all paid vendors/suppliers/partners since the method of payment is via bank transfer
• To inform respective vendors/suppliers/partners regarding the payment to be received on a scheduled basis
• To print and organize all copies of paid invoices and OR for recording keeping and audit purposes

Accounts Receivable (AR) Function:
• Reports generation as required by vendor/partner
• Hard copy submission of documents and over the counter payment to applicable vendor(s)
• Issuance and collection of signed Notice of Termination from Business partners including collections of Accounts receivable for Pay at hotel partners.
• Other related AR functions necessary for the termination of accounts

Tax Administration & Filing
• Preparation of all tax returns required to file
• Assist on tax reconciliation
• Review of Tax withholding to vendors
• Submit and coordinate any tax applications we have submitted to BIR
• Coordination with Local Govt Units and agencies regarding permits and licenses and other regulatory matters.
• Perform messengerial activities as needed for submission of documents to BIR and other govt agencies.
• Other duties that may be assigned accordingly.

Qualifications
• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Newly board passer welcome to apply
• With at least 2-3 yrs of related experience
• Knowledgeable with MS office, Tax EFPS system and Oracle Acctg system
