The mission and impact aspiration of the team is to develop McKinsey-standard solution portfolios (i.e., corporate training courses) to support clients’ sustainable capability-building; to lead end-to-end development of certain online/offline training solution assets by working closely with partners and experts, e.g., training solution assets on life science topics and asset management topics; to ensure the solution assets deliver impact as expected; and to develop a corporate academy strategy and talent development implementation plan that... fits with the goals of our clients in a real world context.

In this role, you will work closely with the solution leaders, partners and industry experts, as well as with the China Academy experience team and technology team to build content and produce the online and offline corporate training courses.

What You'll DoYou’ll lead the development and management of certain McKinsey-standard solution assets (i.e., online/offline corporate training courses) and partially work on project-based talent development programs for clients.

You will contribute to the end-to-end development of content for China Academy’s new online/offline training courses, including product definition, storyline design and content design. You will work closely with the China Academy experience team and technology team to produce the online and offline courses, to identify and keep product features based on competitive analysis in terms of product content, learning journey design, visualization, creative format, and even basic product function. This will include creating storylines, scripts, immersive cases and interviewing senior advisors.

You will also oversee the performance of certain solution asset. You will work closely with China Academy BD team to generate successful client use-cases and facilitate client interaction (i.e., product introduction). You will work closely with China Academy Operation team to ensure high-quality delivery and improve the asset quality based on client feedback. You will also help to build up the faculty management system.

You’ll support the China Academy BD team and Marketing team to launch marketing and sales events and prepare online marketing materials and brochures. You will partially or temporarily work closely with solution partners and partners in support of talent development programs for clients. As this role involves direct client engagement, you will be comfortable travelling to client sites to build strong working relationships with clients and facilitate successful engagements.

Post-treatment patient management via 3rd party care provider / platform
• Support RCP leader for 3rd party platform selection (e.g. local due-diligence, criteria)
• Review and problem-solve the execution of local care provider (e.g. based on consolidate patient feedback)

Patient assistance
• Support central medical colleagues for patient handbook development, including compiling local financial supports, guideline, etc.
• Support local NMA for local gov’t or foundations’ advocacy events (seminar/symposia, etc.) by connecting TAEs
• Be responsible for the execution of the patient support/education events in working with the Patient Partnership and/or PAG
• Discuss and communicate with the Patient Partnership and selected third party PAG to reach alignment on the specific working model
• Lever the internal resource to ensure the events could be run under appropriate medical support
• Explore and maximize the opportunity of further developing and/or collaboration with PAG under RCP leader’s guidance
• Understand the status quo of PAG (and/or an NGO if needed) and their operating model
