Summary
Under general supervision, in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment, the Shipping Clerk will play a key role in shipping TP-Link products to customers. Daily activities include but are not limited to scheduling pick up with carriers, creating shipping documentation, running freight quotes, tracking, pulling shipment documentations (physically and electronically), research freight claims, disputing shortages with customers, and other tasks as assigned. The person will be in direct interaction with shipping carriers, truck drivers, warehouse associates, sales support and accounting. They will need to demonstrate a sense of urgency but also understands the importance of accuracy in their work methods. The ideal person will demonstrate effective communication and an ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and changes.
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, overtime is possible, subject to business needs.
Job Description:
• Management of claims for all damaged/lost shipments, invoice overcharges, and customer chargebacks with the goal of maximizing our claims win rates.
• Investigate each claim by gathering information, conducting website research, reviewing and analyzing reports and related bills.
• Complete freight claim paperwork with transportation provider, paper or electronic.
• Maintain and develop current claim reports to provide more transparent metrics to measure progress.
• Assist with various Logistics functions: shipment processing for small parcel and LTL orders, order entry, customer inquiries, releasing, quoting, routing orders, and shipment preparation.
• Provide customer service including responding to order and shipment-related inquiries via email, notifying retailers and management of any shipping issues, addressing shipping errors, and discrepancies.
• Review and reconcile freight bill invoices
• Create shipping documentation for single and consolidated orders and update warehouse management systems and excel sheets accordingly.
• Strong Knowledge of International Shipping, mainly to Asia.
• Complete any other duties and projects that may be assigned.
• Occasionally assist shipping clerk with Driver Check-ins and create paperwork.

Two of the devices connected to the switch are Dell Poweredge servers. I have Harvester HCI (based on Linux SUSE) installed on these servers, which will host many VMs. Those VMs will belong to

• Bachelor’s degree
• Successful sales experience in a technology environment (Preferred)
• BONUS: experience with Netgear, Ubiquity, HPE, D-Link, Hikvision
• Existing database to work from in specified territory
• Ability to sell value and effectively position TP-Link products against our competitors
• Must be able to demonstrate professional presentation skills on complex topics
• Results oriented and effective in customer situations comprising senior level management as well as technical personnel

What we’re looking for:
The VAR Account Manager will be responsible for selling TP-Link’s products and solutions in specified territory. The candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to effectively present to both technical and executive audiences.
What your future looks like:
• Primary Driver of end-user and channel sales through channel partners
• Manage team resources effectively
• Solution selling to existing customer base, and new prospects which include both reseller partners and end-user accounts
• Generate demand leveraging resources to grow Sales and consistent quarter over quarter growth of revenue
• Focus on Medium to Enterprise Accounts, building customer relationships that span to the executive level
• Qualify opportunities based on a strategic selling methodology that will enable you to better determine how to prioritize time and resources
• Develop and leverage a strong understanding of solutions from TP-Link
• Leverage TP-Link’s value proposition to influence buying decisions within strategic accounts and markets
• Provide timely and accurate territory revenue forecasts for all opportunities within territory
