The Who, What, Why, And Where

We are looking for a Market Manager to take the lead in Japan with a future-focused on trailblazing the Japanese Market.
Our mission is to make advanced sports technology accessible to all. We aim to create equal opportunity for all - unleashing their full potential. Are you the dynamic Market Manager who can help us get there? Do you have a solid ability to understand the Football space we operate within and make the Japanese market insights a cornerstone in our Go-To-Market plan?

Can you go to tournaments and events, inspire people to develop better athletes, demo our product, and convert them into leads? You will report directly to our Head of Markets, Marcus Kosak, whose focus is to help you reach your goals and support you in conquering the market.

Key Tasks:
• Build a go-to-market strategy in your geo.
• Sign key regional partnerships and manage them to success.
• Reach semi-annual revenue targets through partner activations and sales enablement efforts.
• Track and manage leads generated through partners and ensure a smooth handover process to the sales team.
• Go to select events, conventions, and tournaments to expand the Veo network in your region.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring they align with the company's objectives.
• Drive co-selling and co-marketing activities with partners to increase sales opportunities.
• Map the partner's organizational structure and understand the key decision-makers to deepen relationships.
• Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs, and create synergies.
• Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast strategic changes, and report on critical metrics.
• Identify, build, and strengthen partner relationships throughout a customer's journey to drive awareness and adoption of Veo.
• Coordinating training, education, marketing, and enablement programs with key regional partners.
• Identify joint marketing opportunities with partners, such as webinars, co-branded materials, and events.
• Conducting sales presentations with partners to customers and prospects.

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in partner account management, sales, and marketing.
• A deep understanding of Football in Japan and a network within the sports.
• You are great with people alongside being experienced at building and maturing partnerships.
• As a person, you are structured and ideally have experience with project management.
• Be able to create and execute market strategies driving sales and product promotion.
• You have excellent communication skills in English & Japanese (both written and spoken).
