About the team:
The Ecosystem Partnerships team is responsible for building TikTok marketing partnerships, which are a critical means of accelerating the global sales of TikTok's paid media offering by working with 3rd party partners who make marketing on TikTok easy, effective and scalable.

About the role:
The Global Director, Creative Partnerships, is responsible for owning and defining the strategy for 3rd party creative partnerships while working collaboratively with the local product & sales team in each market. You will fully understand the ecosystem, advertisers' challenges with buying ads on TikTok, and how partners can best address those challenges. This person is expected to collaborate closely with all members of the partnership team as well as internal cross-functional colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the 3rd party partner Ecosystem and with internal Product and Operations stakeholders to develop TikTok first Creative & Creator solutions.
- Own TikTok's 3P creative supply strategy, in close alignment with Product/Sales, and ensure global consistency with respect to policies and procedures.
- Maintain direct and active relationships with strategic partners and developers, including on-boarding and contract work, proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate.
- Design and implement solutions in collaboration with internal/external Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Prospect and recruit new partners to the program to help grow a dynamic, innovative partner ecosystem.
- Support and implement GTM strategies in collaboration with Partner Marketing and PR teams to develop scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication.
- Work with Product & Business Marketing teams to drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing TikTok marketing partner products, focusing on those that offer 3P services, leverage APIs, and other advanced technology.
- Provide consultative services to TikTok Sales and Account Management teams whose clients are implementing partner solutions/tools.
- Represent TikTok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics.
- Manage and develop CA/NY based team of Partner Managers focused on driving revenue growth via TikTok Creative partners.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $145200 - $275000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
