Salary: Compensation for this position is $25 per hour working a total of 40 hours per week.

Key Accountabilities:

Product Discovery and Optimization
• Lead product strategy for eCommerce, including curating products on PLPs, selecting products for upcoming campaigns and product carousels throughout the site, and managing product/content linking strategy
• Own site merchandising best practices globally and partner with regional eCommerce leads to implement across all sites.
• Optimize browse grid performance through sequencing products, on-site search analysis and updates, and filter optimization
• Review website navigation usage and recommend optimizations
• Partner with regional eCommerce teams to optimize product recommendations and manage testing roadmap
• Report on browse grid performance, PDP views, navigation usage, and ad-hoc as needed
• Perform competitive research to enhance tools and tactics for product discovery
• Lead project management on strategic digital initiatives across global and regional teams

Product Experience
• Ensure products are represented in the most accurate and compelling manner, including enhancement of product visuals, descriptions and copy
• Enhance functional confidence builder content on PDP to strengthen lower funnel performance (e.g. size guide)
• Explore and conduct pilots on new formats to improve digital client experience of product (e.g. CG, AR)

Site Operations
• Responsible for launching new products on all sites and for set up and ongoing maintenance of product data on eCommerce PIM
• Perform QA checks on product details and imagery
• Manage PDP copy translations
• Manage Tiffany retail store information and hours of operation on Tiffany.com and external search engines
• Business owner of the eCommerce PIM tool and training of new employees and regional stakeholders, as needed

Required Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of work experience in e-commerce and/or website merchandising
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, partnership and influence management skills
• Excellent judgement to drive business performance
• Proficient in Excel
• Detail-oriented, self-starter and agile
• Collaborative team-player
• Analytical and critical thinking combined with operational excellence
• Excellent time-management and organization skills to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with global and regional teams, IT, marketing disciplines, and vendors/consultants
• Experience with web management tools
• Experience with web analytics tools, such as Content Square, Omniture & Google Analytics
