• Responsible for various errands and/or tasks associated with the talent and production of the show.

• Coordinate and manage personnel, including runners, catering assistants, and backstage housekeeping

The Role:

Assist admin staff and venue employees with various questions, including any questions about the hiring process, onboarding process, payroll questions, or any other venue HR related issues. This is a seasonal, part-time position from February through October working an average of 35-40 hours per week.

Job Functions:

Oversee onboarding process once the candidate has been approved for hire by the recruiting specialist

- Guide new employees through the onboarding process from beginning to end

- Update department managers on the status of new hires and where they are in the onboarding process on a weekly basis

- Be available to answer questions from new hires via phone, email and in person

- Track progress of new hire onboarding via Workday and ABIMM and follow up with new hires throughout the process to ensure the completion of onboarding

- Attend orientations and lead onboarding related orientation segments for all employees

- Assist the Payroll Administrator and OM with weekly payroll processing as needed.

- Work with department managers as well as GM and OM on onboarding efforts

- Typical work hours will be within Monday-Friday 10am-5pm; some nights, weekends, and concert day availability preferred

- Answer general Workday or ABIMM questions

- Assist with employee check in on show days

- Help with employee scheduling if needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma with relevant work experience; college degree (HR or admin related) is a plus.

- 1 years' plus of administrative experience preferred

- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

- Must be able to handle classified personnel information with strict confidentiality

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality

- Ability to work independently as well as with others

- Ability to work in a professional manner regarding artists or tour personnel

- Previous experience with Workday is a plus

THE ROLE

The HR Coordinator plays a vital role within our team, supporting the creation and execution of long-term HR strategies across the Corporate organization.
