Position Summary:

STRIVE is seeking an individual who is organized, resourceful, analytical, and solution-oriented to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator will report directly to STRIVE Partners and Managing Director and will play a key role in the hiring and onboarding process in support of STRIVE’s next phase of growth.

The Recruiting Coordinator/Marketing Associate will be responsible for efficiently managing the end-to-end recruiting and interview processes and moving forward through timely coordination of interviews and documentation. This will include the execution of multiple candidate searches, updating trackers, revising and creating job templates and manuals and managing other recruiting updates. Additionally, this person will interact and interview with candidates and will actively promote the firm’s reputation of being responsive and communicative all while producing detail-oriented work. The Recruiting Coordinator will also manage efficient and scalable workflows utilizing Excel and relevant software applications. A successful team member will proactively look to continuously improve the recruiting function, maintaining a critical eye toward day-to-day operations.

The Recruiting Coordinator/Marketing Associate will work closely with the Marketing Team at peak times to create proposals and offering memoranda on an as needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide recruiting support and be a trusted partner of the STRIVE hiring team
• Ensure all candidates and internal team members receive professional, efficient, A+ customer service throughout the search process
• Create Marketing Materials with Adobe InDesign, Lightroom, Photoshop& Illustrator on an ad hoc basis at peak business times
• Drive search scheduling and logistics (including coordinating travel when needed) and proactively follow up with team members and candidates to ensure the search continues at an efficient pace
• Coordinate calendars with team members and/or leadership as needed to schedule interviews
• Greet guests in-person for onsite meetings and ensure all meetings (in-person, phone, video, etc.) are properly coordinated and set-up
• Manage multi-year candidate pipeline, updating weekly and maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
• Manage job listing accounts (LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, etc.)
• Format, edit, and proofread all documentation (resumes, reports, trackers and templates, etc.)
• Act as an ambassador of the organization and an extension of the hiring team in all communications with candidates, internal team members, and external service providers
• Act as the point of connection for universities and their respective Finance and Real Estate Clubs. Maintain and establish new relationships with various university contacts—both student and faculty
• Coordinate and attend university recruiting events such as career fairs
• Anticipate needs of the team and resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise
• Assist with a variety of strategic projects and process improvement initiatives to support the development of an exemplary recruiting function. Maintain a positive and mature demeanor with the ability to interact with senior executives
• Provide administrative support to the management team
• Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, running errands, etc. as needed
• Create Marketing Materials with Adobe InDesign, Lightroom, Photoshop& Illustrator on an ad hoc basis at peak business times
• Handle Press Releases for listings and closings

Education & Experience:
• 2+ years of experience supporting talent acquisition in a professional environment
• Real estate, private equity, investment banking, law firm, or other professional services experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Strong Excel & Adobe skills with demonstrated tech-enablement comfort (i.e., comfortable adapting to new software applications)
• Demonstrated track record of sound judgment and professionalism with the ability to work with senior level executives

• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot to distinguish between urgent and important needs
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
