ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Learning and Development Coordinator is critical to the success of the Department. They ensure that all Learning programs are properly marketed, communicated, and documented. They keep participants on task in learning tracks and organize data for preparation of reporting to key stakeholders on a regular basis. The regular reporting cadence allows organizational leaders to remain informed of progress of programs, courses, and learning tracks.

The role requires someone who is skilled in fostering an authentic culture and creating a unique and positive employee experience by aligning learning programs and reviewing measurements of success that align with our Global Core Values.

Responsibilities
• Communicate, plan, and execute engaging content to market and promote Learning and development opportunities with the organization, including but not limited to: determining intricate details, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, ordering supplies, set up, and break down (virtual or person)
• Optimize and ensure successful execution of continuing education programs and activities through strong collaboration and communication
• Coordinate with all stakeholders for executing programs/events, including presenters, office operations teams, and Managers
• Partner with multiple teams to ensure messaging alignment prior to completing campaign/marketing plans
• Work closely with Internal Communications (Community Team) to ensure comms reaches appropriate audiences in a timely manner
• Partner with other departments for the review on and feedback of continuing education, specialized training and training reporting
• Market training and training roll outs while ensuring optimum program visibility
• Monitor and audit functionality of Learning Management Software and troubleshoot when necessary
• Partner with Talent Brand and Communications for necessary collaboration on internal/external-facing branding about development opportunities within the organization
• Create and audit Learning + Development standard operating procedures, processes and policies
• Update new and recurring programs.

SUCCESSFUL LEARNING COORDINATOR CANDIDATES:
• You have a minimum of 2 years experience of project management, engagement initiatives, and high level communication
• You are skilled in navigation multiple systems/platforms to quickly to achieve common goals
• You are super-organized, with exceptional attention to detail and a love for strategic organization, partnership, and collaboration
• You have knowledge of G-Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Calendar

This leader must be able to distill complex ideas, consumer need states and expectations into data informed concise and compelling recommendations requiring action.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set the holistic vision and own the successful execution & performance reporting of our consumer external-facing Environmental, Social, DEI and Governance (ESG) initiatives across the TKWW ecosystem.

The Account Manager, Retention (AM-R) is responsible for meeting or exceeding expectations for retention among the TKWW wedding pro (vendor) base. As the primary business consultants to TKWW’s vendors, the AM-R is responsible for a set of accounts and provides both reactive and proactive services to help paying vendors stay on track and see success on the TKWW platform(s).

• Maintain ownership and accountability of a book of business to achieve monthly retention targets.
