Position Summary:
This production associate’s primary responsibility is the production of a high quality fruit product while meeting time and quality expectations. From preparing for the production process by folding and staging boxes, to printing shipping labels and palletizing deliveries - this position is a crucial member of the operation. This is a great opportunity to join The FruitGuys and be cross trained in dispatching and receiving. The team is small and dynamic and requires a candidate with a strong work ethic and team oriented attitude.

• Through your work, you delight and amaze thousands of people every week, making sure they have great tasting and healthy fruit at work.
• Your attention to detail will be highly valuable as you visually inspect every piece of fruit that goes into our boxes.
• You are the frontline quality inspector of all fruit, ensuring that our client’s receive the best quality fruit every delivery.
• Your ability to focus, be organized and work efficiently will keep your team running smoothly at all times.
What you will bring to The FruitGuys:
• You enjoy being physically active at work, lifting up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout an 8 hour work day.
• A dependable and reliable attendance record.
• You are self-motivated, organized, and take safety seriously.
• You are calm under pressure, quickly adapt to unexpected tasks or challenges and are flexible to the changing business needs.
• A valid driver's license in good standing is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
