Driver Operations Coordinators are the face of Firefly for our driver-partners. We are looking for a bilingual individual (Spanish/English) with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality.

In this role, you’ll be expected to share the economic details of the Firefly program to new driver-partners, help onboard new driver-partners, provide exceptional support to our existing driver-partners.
Main Responsibilities
• Select the best driver-partners and reach out to invite them to the "Firefly Program"
• Call drivers to schedule installations and services
• Resolve customer service tickets on Zendesk
• Deliver in-person support to our driver-partners
• Walk driver-partners through the on-boarding process
• Help existing driver-partners troubleshoot any issues they experience (i.e. screen problems, a delayed payment)
• Help brand the Firefly name and get driver-partners excited to drive with our screens on the road
• Communicate new Firefly policies, procedures, and programs to driver-partners
• Work with the Driver Operations team to make our support processes even better
Skills Required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Experience with Zendesk
• Combination of retail, sales, client-facing, and/or customer service experience
• You’re comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies
• You’re an outstanding communicator, with the ability to interact and connect with many types of personalities
• You are willing and enthusiastic about solving problems of driver-partners
• You’re able to quickly and efficiently problem solve and troubleshoot - if you don’t know the answer, you know where to look and who to ask
• You’re self-motivated and able to operate independently with minimal oversight
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Firefly Children & Family Alliance is currently seeking a Community Partners Liaison in Hendricks County. Our Liaisons collaborate with community agencies and resources to directly advocate for at-risk children and families to facilitate important needs assessments, prevention, and progress monitoring services for referral families.
You Will:

Referral Family Support (70%)
• Conscientiously gain insight and information about referral family needs and their community environment to lead families through the Firefly Children & Family Alliance goal-setting process
• Provide multiple home-based services and resource connections to at-risk families
• Initiate referrals and connections with local community supports and services
• Advocate for and provide support to referral families to exceed individual family progress goals
• Attentively provide transportation to families to attend programs and appointments to meet their goals
• Assist during crisis situations

Community Engagement (30%)
• Maintain familiarity with community resources and maintain relationships with social workers and agencies, including school systems and other multiple institutions, related to the family
• Thoroughly complete required documentation
You Have:
• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a directly-related human service field from an accredited college OR Other Bachelor's degrees will be accepted in combination with three years' experience working directly with families in a human service field OR Associate's degrees in a related human services field with three years' experience working directly with families in a human service field OR High School Diploma or equivalent with five years' experience working directly with families in a human service field
• 2 + years of experience in social service for children or families
• Experience in child development
• Knowledge of community resources programs
• Train in recognizing abuse or neglect
• handle a variety of situations that may arise during visitations
• Valid driver's license with valid insurance and no more than 6 points on driving record
