A member of the Product Team, this is a critical role responsible for leading a cross-functional team of Engineers through thoughtfully planned roadmaps of strategic initiatives. The Product Manager will own the existing features and identify future product opportunities for Bulletin.

This position can be performed from any of our US-Based offices or remotely from anywhere in the US, however working East Coast hours is mandatory.

Responsibilities
• Understand the needs and pain points of our users, gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders, and translate that into a product vision, strategy, and solutions
• Develop a roadmap crafted to achieve specific outcomes that align with business goals
• Execute larger roadmap initiatives by breaking them down into smaller measurable and achievable epics and user stories
• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch; reflecting on outcomes and iterations based on findings
• Work across cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, customer success and sales to understand, shape, and launch new products, features, and enhancements
• Collaborate with Product Design teammates to design and conduct user tests, research, and outreach to understand and define users’ motivations, goals, obstacles, and the usability of a potential solution
• Review design documents, epics, and stories with the engineers during refinement for associated development and release timelines. Communicate these timelines and manage expectations with senior leadership
• Participate in events, focus groups, and seminars to gain relevant industry knowledge

Qualifications
• Product Manager with demonstrable success leading teams to achieve ambitious goals
• Ideal candidate has experience working in a two-sided marketplace and/or B2B software
• Customer-centric product philosophy that balances quantitative and qualitative discovery that results in sound data-informed decisions
• Inspiring, engaging, and clear communication skills, which you can tailor to best engage a wide variety of audiences
• Demonstrated success developing product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product line
• Adaptable and flexible; ability to change course quickly when outcomes are not met or new opportunities arise
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Ability to translate customer needs and business goals to engineers and technical specifications or constraints to non-technical parties
• Collaborative spirit with an ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Target Compensation: $100,000-$115,000

Key Responsibilities
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to execute high visibility enterprise field action strategies while maximizing customer uptime at the lowest possible cost to PACCAR
• Leverage big data and available resources to generate high value enterprise field action recommendations to PACCAR leadership

Basic Qualifications

We are seeking a professional with these required skills to achieve our goals:
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, data analytics or a related subject
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to leadership
• Experience supervising, developing, motivating, and directing individual contributors
• Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
• Experience working autonomously in an ambiguous environment leveraging resources to deliver timely and cost-effective results
• Knowledge and experience in SQL, Tableau, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using technology and big data to drive results
