What you will do
As Talent & Culture Manager, you lead the work of developing our company culture and building existing and future leaders. You ensure we work systematically with cultural transformation, leadership development, succession planning, diversity and inclusion. The role includes strategic work and operational implementation, with main responsibility for:
• Leader and talent development
• Structured succession planning
• Diversity and Inclusion strategy and activity plan
• Culture transformation guide and catalyst
You work closely with our management team, HR Managers and our Learning & Development Partner. In this role you will also be Talent Management Lead for Telenor Nordics with responsibility for developing common processes and driving increased collaboration cross the Nordic countries.
You will be part of a committed and competent People team that works customer-focused and together to best support Telenor Sweden's leaders and employees. We have a clear People strategy that sets the direction for our work and plan and executes the work in seasons of three months at a time, to ensure that we focus on the right things, based on the needs of the organization.
Who you are

The team consists of DevOps experts who are specialized in building tools, CI/CD pipelines and system operations on cloud infrastructure and general operations experts. You will run and maintain our Elastic Stack as well as set it up to work with trend analysis and anomaly detection.
Who are you?
We believe you have a background as a developer and working with scripting. We also believe you have a minimum of two years of experience of running applications in AWS. You are passionate about automatization and know how to provide application administrative support for large scale software teams. We also believe you have good communication skills and a lean agile mindset and enjoy being part of shaping our operations team.
