Here's a summary of responsibilities:

Assists Food & Nutrition Services Department in multiple areas to include pantry, service specialist, steward, catering, food production, dishwashing, and general cleaning of kitchen. Responsible for follow up and follow through in assigned production area. Supports the Sous Chef by prepping as needed for service, working stations during service including grill and omelet stations, and serving food to athletes. Maintains and monitors food service areas, ensuring the highest level of products and service are readily available in a clean and well-maintained kitchen, servery, and dining room. Takes pride in overall appearance of dining/servery area. Leads by example.

Here's how you'll have an impact:
• Dish Room & Sanitation
• Load, run, and unload the dishwasher with utensils, glassware, cookware, plates, and trays in a fast and efficient manner.
• Ensure all dishes are clean and sanitized before they are put away on dish racks or used by your fellow team members.
• Maintain the dishwasher to make sure it is clean and organized and that the wash cycle is always sanitary and operating at peak performance.
• Mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, and dining room at the end of each shift to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Sanitize work area at least once an hour throughout your shift to prevent cross-contamination.
• Ensure the kitchen is kept neat and clean, including dishes, floors, trash, work areas, walls, and overall cleanliness of equipment.
• Dining Operations
• Perform daily inventories of prepped items including omelet station, burger station, cut fruit, and salad bar. Meet production demands and limits waste. Communicate with Executive Chef or Sous Chef any assistance needs for production.
• Responsible for box lunch meal production and the coordination of order fulfillments and pick up as necessary.
• Keep Executive Chef informed of all pantry, salad bar, and hotline recipe concerns, to include suggestions for modifications. Ensure product is available throughout the meal service.
• Label and stock all ingredients on easily accessible shelves.
• Wash, chop, and sort ingredients like fruits, vegetables, and meats.
• Assist by cooking on the grill and omelet station as necessary to keep service flowing.
• Responsible for maintaining food cost by ensuring overproduction and waste are kept to a minimum. Take the appropriate action to ensure products are consistent, fresh, and appealing, and properly prepared.
• Follow standards for food production and proper food handling. Follow menu rotation provided by the Executive Chef. Responsible for merchandising and displaying products in assigned areas in the Cafe.
• Report all general maintenance and equipment malfunctions to the Executive Chef. Responsible to train and assist staff on the proper maintenance and use of equipment.
• Assist with hospitality/special events as needed. Assist in all other areas of production to ensure that demand for athlete services is met.
• Follow proper food holding/handling and temperature logging and ensure that sanitation water is at each station in the appropriate area. Communicate with Executive Chef/Sous Chef on assigned tasks. Cooperate with daily team briefing.
• Take initiative to suggest improvements to the operating format, communicate ideas about improving and maintaining standards in their area, and fill in as needed to assure efficient operations. Under the direction and supervision of the Lead Psychological Services Provider, the Psychological Services Provider will support the implementation of psychological services and programming for Team USA including assigned National Governing Bodies (NGBs) throughout the country. The Psychological Services Provider will assist in implementing the clinical pathways for psychological assessment, referrals, treatment/interventions, and management and will serve as a case manager for psychology referrals.

The Psychological Services Provider is clinically competent and continuously maintains current licensure and certification in the field. The Psychological Services Provider must be experienced in the care of elite and diverse athlete populations and in creating and completing medical documentation.

The Psychological Services Provider will provide treatment that spans the spectrum of psychological care for athletes from mental performance to mental health concerns and mental illness.

Here's how you'll have an impact:
• Serve as a point of contact and psychology provider for Team USA athletes and NGBs. Provide crisis intervention, psychological evaluation and assessment, and referral services. Facilitate case management process for psychology referrals. Offer outreach and education resources on psychology as needed.

• Adhere to HIPAA-compliant documentation and recordkeeping including recording and entering all athlete encounters and related data in the electronic medical records in a complete and timely manner.
• Provide management of athlete psychological services in accordance with licensure, scope of practice, Code of Ethics, standards of care, and functions of individual professional licensure permitted by State law. Maintain continuous compliance with medical and legal requirements for the states of employment as well as any other states in which the psychological services provider supports the USOPC or National Governing Bodies at sporting events or other assigned activities.
• Maintain compliance with IOC, USADA, SafeSport, and the Olympic & Paralympic Code to provide for maximum health and performance for each athlete.

• Lead the planning, design, and construction of facility capital and deferred maintenance projects that are functional, sustainable, well-designed, cost effective, and efficient from design through construction, including project development, design, approval, construction, and closeout. • Procure bids and serve as the primary point of contact to architects, engineers, project and construction managers, inspectors, and construction companies contracting work with the LPOPTC.
• Serve as primary liaison with Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA) to oversee facility upgrades and maintenance in accordance with the lease agreement between ORDA and USOPC.
• Hire, train, and supervise Facility Maintenance team and ensure all work performed is effective and efficient to service guests and staff in a timely manner. Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for all departmental activities and staff. Assign work activities, projects, and programs. Review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures. Work with staff to identify and resolve problems. Complete performance evaluations for staff, including providing timely and relevant performance feedback throughout the year.
• Provide clear and constructive communication and feedback to staff to ensure consistent service capabilities and guest expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all contracted security professionals at the LPOPTC facility. Onboard and train new facility security officers and provide clear and constructive communication on behalf of LPOPTC. Partner with USOPC Security team to manage contract with security agency as needed.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all LPOPTC facilities, including prioritization, processing, and assignment of work orders through the work order management system to ensure completion. Research and recommend purchase of equipment and materials necessary for building operations.
• Plan, organize, and direct activities and operations involved in inspection, installation, maintenance, and repair of all LPOPTC buildings and grounds, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting projects. Oversee troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of equipment.
• Establish, approve, and initiate preventive maintenance programs that focus on cost-effective, proactive initiatives to reduce and/or eliminate costly reactive responses, including proper replacement of equipment, parts, and components. Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and accessibility guidelines for all facilities.
• Analyze and assess programs, policies, and operational needs to recommend strategic improvements to LPOPTC operations, including:
• Establish and maintain periodic inspection program to assure compliance with applicable fire, safety, security, and sanitary codes and regulations.
• Design, layout, and maintain a building keying system of all LPOPTC buildings and maintain a current master keying record on all keys issued.
• Collaborate with FMD Director in Colorado Springs to develop, plan, implement, and oversee the complex-wide capital improvement budget, inputting all requisitions and coordinating work in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee and maintain the Facilities budget for the department. Work with LPOPTC Director in developing annual operational budget, as well as contribute updates on annual budget forecasts for facilities maintenance and capital projects budgets.
• Work in collaboration with LPOPTC Director and FMD Director in developing and executing the long-term plans for deferred maintenance in assigned areas. Track all costs and expenses associated with deferred maintenance plans.
• Track projected and actual expenditures on routine and project work. Keep cost information current, including change orders, proposal requests, consultant fees, etc. Partner with Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting is completed, including invoices, purchase orders, and expenses.
• Attend and participate in professional group meetings to maintain current understanding and awareness of trends in building construction and facilities maintenance. Recommend and incorporate new developments as appropriate. Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned, needed, or requested, including serving on committees and work teams, contributing to on-call first response coverage, preparing incident and injury reports in cases of emergencies, and resolving difficult and sensitive inquiries and complaints from LPOPTC users.

Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with emphasis in civil or mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience
• Must possess a valid New York State driver’s license

Tour guests include, but are not limited to, tourists from all over the country and world, visiting athletes and families, community partners, sponsors, National Governing Bodies, USOPC staff, VIPs, donors, resident athletes and schools.
• Conduct VIP Tours that include additional behind the scenes visits and dialogue.
• Adapt the CSOPTC tour script as your own ensuring guests receive an accurate yet unique experience.
• Collaborate with CSOPTC Visitor Center leadership in continually updating and editing the tour script with new FAQ, advancements in sport, upgrades to the CSOPTC, news on the Olympic and Paralympic Movements and more.
• Assist with staffing the front desk with tasks such as point of sale, cash reconciliation, guests’ inquiries, answering phones, tour gathering, data capture, etc.
• Provide top level customer service to all guests of the CSOPTC and help grow a passion for the Olympic & Paralympic Movement.
• Assist fellow Tour Ambassadors with CSOPTC Visitor Center opening and closing procedures to include (but not limited to) operating audio-visual equipment, reconciling cash drawer, scheduling large group tours and preparing for VIP tours.
• Assist with event set-up and teardown.
• Other duties as assigned.

Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR/AED/First Aid or willing to get certified

• This is a hub-based role that will regularly work from the Colorado Springs Olympic and Paralympic Training Center

• Hiring Pay Range: $14.99 - $17.61
• This is a part-time, non-exempt, position intended to work 20 hours per week.
• Bonus: This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program at a 5% target. This program is subject to change or elimination by the USOPC at any time at its sole discretion.
