Job Description

The Teller I provides legendary Customer Service while processing Customer transactions face-to-face for a variety of routine to more complex financial transactions.
• Consistently executes appropriate behaviors to deliver a Legendary Customer experience in the Store
• Conducts needs-based conversations and offers financial solutions to meet our Customers' needs
• Makes quality referrals to appropriate partners
• Responsible for meeting individual performance metrics
• Responsible for making sound decisions and timely problem resolution
• Resolves problems independently, escalating more difficult issues to management
• Processes Teller transactions for Customers including servicing Customer accounts, accepting loan payments, accepting safe deposit box payments, processing sales of gift cards, cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits
• Balances Automated Teller machines (ATMs) and Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs)/ Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs) as necessary
• Adheres to safe deposit box procedures/operations and guidelines
• Services both lobby and drive-thru Customers

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months+ related experience preferred

Job Description

The Store Customer Experience Coordinator provides legendary customer service in both Teller transactions and Platform Customer Service, while selling/cross-selling and referring TD Products to new and existing customers. The Store CEC recommends appropriate products and services related to spending and saving. The Store CEC completes teller transactions, services customers with non-complex platform needs, and opens new deposit accounts.

• Drives referrals to store colleagues and partners to support the broader more complex financial needs of customers
• May train and act as a mentor to new Tellers

Job Description

The Store Manager I develops, leads and contributes to the growth and profitability of our Consumer Business through the management of a Store portfolio including deposits, loans, fees and expenses. Leads, coaches and motivates the Store team to deliver a legendary Employee and Customer Experience while achieving shareholder value through solutions and referrals. Responsible for the Store growth by focusing on deepening customer relationships, putting the customer first and referring them to the right Specialist to ensure we are meeting their needs and providing the best advice to customers.

Requirements
• Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required
• Manages a small sized store and team (based on U.S. TD Bank store levelling criteria)
• Oversees and leads a small and/or complex Store while growing talent, developing skills and capabilities to achieve career goals, support project/initiative success and achieve business results
• Accountable for achieving both Store and individual performance metrics
• Requires knowledge of the business, banking and bank operations

• Knowledge of Bank product lines and services as well as an understanding of Store operations and security
