About the Role
As the Director of Growth & Development (G&D), you will be the People and Culture (P&C) leader who creates the strategy and foundation to support the performance and development of all internal employees at Stitch Fix. This includes leading a team of seven that is responsible for onboarding, functional job training, development, talent management, and manager/team effectiveness across all geographies and job families in the organization. In this role you will have the ability to build from scratch, improve and scale, influence at the C-team level, and create learning and talent mechanisms that enhance the employee experience.

About the Role
As the Director of Growth & Development (G&D), you will be the People and Culture (P&C) leader who creates the strategy and foundation to support the performance and development of all internal employees at Stitch Fix.
