What You'll DO:
• Deliver high quality member experiences through safe, effective and motivational classes.
• Demonstrate bike setup, proper form and positions, and the ability to modify intensity for members when necessary.
• Increase attendance through knowledge, skill and emotional connection.
• Willing to teach at least two classes a week.
• Create community through positive interactions before and after class.
• Address member concerns or direct to appropriate club management.
• Report equipment maintenance needs to club management.
• Drive excitement for classes and recruit members to join.
• Secure appropriate substitutes to ensure class coverage, per Edge policies and procedures.
• Maintain a growing social media presence to attract new participants to classes, special events, etc.
• Read staff communications and attend staff meetings on occasion as required.
• Maintain a professional attitude toward responsibilities, fellow instructors, club staff and members.
• Adhere to Group Exercise policies and procedures.
• Support and articulate the Edge Fitness mission statement.
• Maintain a healthy way of life.
What You'll Need:
• 6 months experience teaching cycling classes
• Nationally-Accredited Cycling Certification. Mad Dogg Spinning Certification preferred
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification
• Must be outgoing, energetic and able to perform in front of an audience
• Must have access to regular email and phone communication
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and ability to demonstrate them

Prior experience in a mechanical field is preferred, all job-specific training will be provided. This position requires long periods of standing, walking, lifting, reaching, bending. The Procurement Engineer will work closely with the... Systems and Design Engineers to ensure part requirements are clearly and successfully communicated to our partners. Data for recommended order quantities and historical usage is all available on the company’s meticulously configured DDMRP (Demand Driven Materials Requirements Planning) system – Intiflow and Netsuite ERP.
On top of analyzing data, sending emails and phone calls to partners, quoting parts, and submitting purchase orders – yxou will be a central point of contact for our design, engineering, scheduling, production, and receiving departments for all things related to the parts under your control.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include:
• Quote and Purchase parts – maintain all required inventory at “preferred stock levels”
• Maintain and improve vendor relationships
• Pursue new vendors
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to understand part requirements
• Collaborate with Receiving department to assist with the quality control inspection process
• Collaborate with Scheduling and Production to communicate potential delivery delays or quality issues
Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate must:
• Have knowledge about manufacturing practices relating to Metal Spinning and or Wood Turning
• Be excited about the entire production process, actively observing ways in which our systems can be improved to reduce error and increase efficiency
• Be a strong collaborator and organized multitasker
• Have great attention to detail while inspecting parts for defects as they are pulled for production, and able to comprehend what kinds of defects are not acceptable to the final product
• Have the ability to dive in and understand the construction of our fixtures
