The company has grown from two founders to 200 experts, and we're constantly on the lookout for innovation and improvements, as well as developing our existing products. In 2023, we plan to strengthen the UX team and put even more emphasis on customer research with each new feature we develop. Also, we are planning a big upgrade of the existing UX. That is why we are looking for a UX Researcher who will collaborate closely with the Design and Marketing Team improving the UX process with special focus on Empathize, Define and Test steps.
We are looking for a person with the knowledge and experience of User Research, in order to improve and expand that segment. The task of this team is to research and point out the best UX direction from the internal development phase of the idea to the research phase after the feature is released into production and tested by the users. UX Researcher will also work with our Data Analytics Team for better interpretation of application usage data and will help the Product Team to better define product UX strategy.
What will the UX Researcher take care of?
• Introducing the best practices and tools in the field of User Research and establishing a sustainable and scalable User Research process within Sofascore
• Organizing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, in order to provide designers and other stakeholders with insight into the expectations of our users
• Close collaboration with Designers, Marketing, Product Owners and Data Analysts
• Identifying opportunities for UX enhancements on the product
• Carry out the projects from the Market research domain (data collection, analysis and reporting)
