Duties and Responsibilities...

Work cooperatively as a member of a SharePoint software / Web development team to:
• Develop and support web-based applications as required in meeting the business needs.
• Maintain and enhance the existing Internet and Intranet sites as well as SharePoint-based applications, WordPress blogs, and social media presence (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest).
• Collaboratively work with team members on requirements analysis, design, programming, configuration management, accessibility compliance, and quality assurance.
• Support conversion of SharePoint and .Net-based web applications to Microsoft Power Platform.
• Use web analytics tools to gain insights into user requirements and site performance and use those insights to inform strategic and continuous improvement planning.
• Support analysis of alternatives, selection, and implementation of new content management system (CMS) including migration from SharePoint into the new CMS.

Qualifications
• Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related majors.
• 5+ years of experience in design, development, testing and maintenance of web-based software solutions in an agile environment.
• Expertise and experience developing web-based/data-driven applications using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, Visual Studio, .NET, and/or ASP.NET MVC; C#; etc.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks such as JQuery, AngularJS, etc.), and SharePoint custom Web Parts.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Development (OOD) / Programming (OOP).
• NICE TO HAVES:
• Knowledgeable about databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc.) and experienced using SQL, PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Data Access Component (ODAC), Entity Framework including power tools, Dependency Injection, Bootstrap and DataTables.
• Knowledgeable and experienced with ETL tools, Data Warehousing, RDBMS, OLTP & OLAP.
• Experience supporting different web content management systems, such as SharePoint, WordPress, Drupal, TeamSite, etc.
• Experience using Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Crazy Egg, etc.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Development experience for mobile platforms.

· Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
