Responsibilities:
• Own the lifecycle and delivery of product initiatives through ideation, development, launch, testing, and iteration of new production features.
• Gather requirements from our users (influencers), customer-facing teams, and market sources to ensure consensus and alignment among stakeholders and throughout the organization.
• Translate high-level conceptual product ideas into clearly defined product specifications.
• Ensure that we make the right choices about what features to build (opportunity analysis). Then scope those features well, work with UX on the interaction design, gather feedback, and work with the engineering team to see your vision turned into a reality.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization (engineering, account management, community, marketing, business development) to manage beta programs and to ensure that new features get rolled out internally, and adopted by our customers.
• Be the expert who can help users (internal and external) with questions about your feature areas.
• Work with product and engineering leadership on release planning, tracking and triage.
• Contribute to strategic analysis on the fashion technology market, and be responsible for higher-level strategic analysis on a given platform, initiative, feature-set, etc.

• Bachelor's degree or higher

We are in search of a Coordinator to join our Partnership Operations (Collective Operations) team, whose mission is to provide best-in-class service to our influencers, retailer partners and clients.

The Partnership Operations Coordinator will play a key role in communications with influencer partners and agencies, coordinating multiple campaign elements, analyzing performance data, and supporting overall growth and success of our ShopStyle Collective business. The ideal candidate is organized, extremely detail-oriented, sharp, analytical, motivated, and a hard worker who turns around tasks and projects quickly yet thoughtfully. The Partnership Operations Coordinator will work directly with senior members of the Partnership Operation team, as well as various teams, including Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, Legal, Accounting, and Engineering. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Work directly with senior team members, Business Development team, and third party agencies to execute flawless influencer campaigns and deliver high quality customer service to influencers and clients
• Support execution of influencer marketing campaigns by coordinating with influencers, ensuring clear communication and liaising with internal & external teams

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement features that enable influencers to create content for their audience across different platforms (blog, social networks, video, etc.)

OUR BACKEND STACK
• All our backend is hosted at Amazon and leverage Amazon Web Services whenever possible
• The main application is a REST Api powered by a Java application using the Jersey framework within a Tomcat server.
• We have started splitting this monolithic app into smaller microservices. These are Spring Boot applications deployed with Amazon Beanstalk or Elastic Container Service.
• Databases are a mix of relational (MySql or PostgreSql) and NoSql (MongoDb).

Qualification Requirements
• 5+ years of core java programming experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills

At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the base salary for this role will be between $132,110.00 - $170,000.00. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
