The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining chatbots that support identity and access management for our clients using IdentityNow, Okta, Secret Server and AzureAD. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of chatbot development and a deep understanding of identity and access management principles.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and maintain chatbots that support identity and access management for our clients using IdentityNow, Okta, Secret Server and AzureAD.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that chatbots are integrated with the wider technology infrastructure.
• Ensure that chatbots are highly secure and that all data is protected in accordance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to chatbots and identity and access management.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in chatbot development and identity and access management.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code is of high quality.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in chatbot development, with a focus on identity and access management.

The Opportunity:

Your role at Sephora... As the Senior, Industrial Engineer you will provide support to Sephora Logistics regarding highly automated material handling systems, facilities improvement, ergonomic design, productivity and throughput, production methods and procedures, systems development and implementation and budgeting. To include:
• Support distribution-order fulfillment centers through the discovery, design, testing and implementation of improved procedures, systems, and equipment.
• Drives results through the development of cost benefit analyses and financial models to support the DC’s requirements, designs, and alternative selections to existing systems.
• Collaborates with operations management team to implement changes in the operations to reach desired cost reduction and service improvements.
• Act as a contact for material handling equipment vendors.
• Develop and maintain labor standards and the productivity monitoring system for the DC’s.
• Perform time and motion to support production standards.
• Assist with capital improvement projects, including additional production lines or increased work volume and develop estimates for the equipment, systems, and personnel needed to complete various projects.
• Research ergonomic and safety issues in the analysis facilities and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide technical support to the Maintenance, Operations, and I.T. departments within the facilities.
• Analyzes current operating plan to determine opportunities for improving the operations process and workflow
• Develops Work Measurement to optimize operating plan
• Conduct operations forecasting for staffing, assets, and facility need to ensure ability to meet service commitment.

We would love to hear from you if have…
• Five or more years of related industrial engineering experience, completing multi-variable work measurements and developing labor standards, process improvement, and network optimization projects within a distribution environment.
• Experience with automation vendors AGV’s, GTP, racking systems ect a plus
• Previous experience with Distribution planning models (square footage, labor, staffing, etc.) and awareness of material handling technology applications is preferred.
• CAD, MS Office Suite with strong MS Excel skills, MS Access, and Visio.

Experience with top tier WES/WMS/WCS systems, Labor Reporting Systems, MOST and Standards Pro.

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $124,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
