Your role at Sephora... As our Senior Finance Manager of Payments, you act as the primary administrator for all payment platforms and you oversee the company’s payment strategy for all channels. You define and implement processes that delight our customers and secure payment flows and client privacy from end to end. You coordinate meetings with other departments and payment processors to identify innovations that will help us define tomorrow’s client journey. The position reports to the Senior Director, Treasury, and Payments.
• Strategy. Monitor market trends and define the strategy and roadmap for payment acceptance solutions, in order to build experiences that are at the forefront of innovation and delight our customers. Design internal reporting to measure payment brand performances.
• Administration. Be the key contact for all departments regarding payment processor setups and maintenance. Elaborate processes that secure payment collection and work in collaboration with other departments to mitigate fraud.
• Performance. Track the performance of all tenders regarding authorization, chargeback, return rates etc. Identify enhancements to increase client conversions by closely monitoring checkout flows.
• Fees. Keep close control over bank and credit card fees and any related commissions. Build budgets for over 100M spent and produce monthly reports to explain trends. Benchmark providers on an ongoing basis to identify new opportunities.

The target annual base salary range for this position is $148,000.00 - $165,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
