We’re looking for someone to join our team to be a Operations Manager & People Development.

As our Operations Manager at selfpublishing.com, you will provide a Disney-level experience to the selfpublishing.com Operations Team. You are accountable for managing and optimizing the financial resources and operations of the company.

• We have an incredible marketing department and SDR team that sets hour long strategy sessions for our inside sales team. Your job is to maximize the conversion!
• * This is a base + commission position, where the commissions are uncapped. You would be joining a team of five inside sales reps whose current 12 month earnings range from $150k to $325k.
• This is 100% work from home with an expectation of 45 hours a week of availability.
