Role Overview

We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to be a strategic influencer at SelectHub. In this position, you will be focused on driving increased lead conversions and other important digital initiatives through testing and optimization of the customer funnel on all platforms.

The ideal candidate is a creative, technically savvy, data-driven marketer with deep experience in web optimization methodologies, experimentation frameworks and the marketing technology stack. Passionate and relentlessly focused on conversion optimization for scalable revenue growth with a track record of consistently exceeding goals. Role will be responsible for full funnel conversion optimization, including developing and executing conversion strategies, testing and improvements to meet and exceed business revenue goals.

You will oversee key conversion points in the marketing funnel, manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTA.

The CRO Specialist will be part of a large team of marketers, content creators, editors and software analysts who research, track and write about the hundreds of software categories SelectHub covers. Our content aids client lead generation and with extensive in-house experience, SelectHub leverages refined SEO best practices that drive hundreds of thousands of readers per month.

Primary Responsibilities
• Lead development and evolution of all scalable Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) activities by proposing hypotheses, implementing tests, and providing measurement, analysis, and recommendations to drive continuous conversion rate improvements
• Develop and manage reporting to analyze performance metrics for the full customer journey, from initial exposure to landing page, CTA variations, lead gen forms, and nurturing across all available platforms
• Configure goals, triggers, tracking snippets, etc. using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, as well as CRO tools like Unbounce, SiteSpect, etc.
• Build and improve the process for testing page design and messaging, maintaining a full testing pipeline, prioritizing tests, and balancing test risk with potential impact. Focusing on implementing strategies to improve conversion rates through A/B testing programs
• Partner with Product Marketing, Business Intelligence, Creative, UX/UI designers, Web Team, SEO Strategist, Paid Media, and Consumer Insights teams to customize the user experience
• Maximize landing page, site, and funnel experiences by identifying trends, customer insights, opportunities to scale customized experiences, and new areas to test
• Build and manage a backlog of test hypotheses and work with the VP of Marketing to prioritize and schedule a roadmap of tests
• Document all split test findings and create a repository
• Create a vision and strategy for new pathways to conversion, including new landing pages, sign-up optimization, in-product messaging, special promotional offers, etc.
• Additional tasks related to CRO as needed by the marketing team
• Showcase a learning mindset always looking for ways to improve yourself and the processes/tools you use
• Manage your project and time to balance numerous competing priorities

Required Skills
• 3+ years in funnel optimization leadership role building and executing digital touch customer journeys, conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing experience
• 4+ years of digital marketing with an emphasis in lead generation
• 2+ years of HTML/CSS/Javascript experience
• Expertise in conversion rate optimization, ideally for B2B lead generation (software subscription-based service experience a plus)
• Strong proficiency and passion for iterative testing (A/B testing, multi-page testing, multivariate testing)
• Web/landing page/mobile conversion optimization experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced understanding of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
• Expert knowledge of UX/UI best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic thinking skills and a positive, can-do attitude are central to the role
• Ability to learn new software and marketing tools
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Collaborative : you know how to give and receive feedback in a constructive way

Preferred Skills
• First-hand experience using Google Marketing Platform, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and web testing platforms including Unbounce, SiteSpect, etc.
• Ability to leverage analytics and complex models to make data-driven decisions, create and execute optimizations that improve acquisition KPI- s
• Experience with user testing (e.g. TryMyUI, UserTesting.com, Hotjar, surveys)
• Moderate to advanced understanding of SEO best practices
• CRM proficient (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Requirements:
• Hunter / Business Development experience selling B2B Software or B2B Solution Services to CIOs or any other C-Level person at a B2B company
• History of exceeding related sales goals

Compensation Details
• Competitive Base Salary, Bonuses, and Uncapped Commissions

Position Summary:

Responsible for pre-sales demo and technical assistance as well as post-sales service delivery by helping and guiding clients through their vendor selection process for ERP, Manufacturing, BI, HRMS and CRM applications using SelectHub’s software selection platform that automates much of the usual mundane and manual processes. Processes would include:
• Helping clients gather and prioritize requirements from SelectHub’s library of requirements templates tailored by industry, company size, etc. as well as various stakeholder interviews.
• Working with SelectHub’s internal research team to build a short-list of relevant vendors (based on clients’ requirements), getting NDAs signed and running RFI/RFPs (including reaching out to those vendors to onboard them on the platform; and helping them respond to the RFI/RFP).
• Quality check RFI/RFP responses for accuracy and thoroughness of answers.
• Go through the proposal process and request pricing from vendors and run a benchmarking comparison of all vendors. Comparing that with what SelectHub has in its database to provide clients with information on what typical pricing should be. Guiding the client on how, when, and where they can negotiate for better pricing if anything looks out of place.
• Schedule demos with vendors, and build use cases and demo scripts.
• Moderate and score the demos to build a final vendor scorecard.

This is a Trusted Advisor role to guide our clients through the SelectHub platform and selection process regarding their ERP selection and implementation (as well as other software packages such as BI, CRM and HRMS software). Managing multiple clients at a time.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of discrete and/or process manufacturing ERP software experience, including implementation (preferably at more than one company).
• Familiarity with manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Functional ERP knowledge. e.g., ranging from the role of chart of accounts, understanding manufacturing needs from a supply chain, warehouse management, and inventory perspective.
• End-to-end ERP lifecycle experience with one or more mainstream ERP products (such as Oracle NetSuite, Infor, SAP, Epicor, Acumatica, IFS, etc.)
• Project management skills (candidates with PMP Certification preferred)
• Sharp technical background is necessary (great with MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc.), ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Ability to stay well organized, good time-management skills. Ability to juggle multiple clients and lines-of-communications simultaneously.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with other industries (Distribution, Retail, etc.) would be a plus!
• Experience with ancillary business applications such as CRM, BI, and HRMS software.
• Some sales / pre-sales background would be ideal!
