This position is responsible for the purchase of parts, materials, and equipment for the assigned department. Position also warehouses and inventories items: issuing, receiving, and maintaining inventory.

• Maintains inventory of all supplies, equipment, materials, and tools, and prepares daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Reviews contracts to ensure vendor compliance.
• Participates in interviews and selection of vendors; assist in establishing specifications for annual contracts.
• Reconciles storeroom inventory against a computer-generated report.
• Prepares fixed asset inventory and capital outlays for budgeting and auditing purposes. Researches costs and specifications for equipment purchases and regular inventory.
• Ensures the proper storage, accountability, and warehousing of all supplies and equipment.
• Distributes components, commodities, supplies and equipment to personnel and contractors.
• Creates and completes purchase orders on the purchasing department's software for supplies and materials.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; with two (2) years of experience in computerized general warehousing, store keeping, inventory control experience in automotive, truck or vehicular related equipment parts and assemblies; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving history.

Additional Requirements
Background investigation, including supervised drug screen, post offer/pre-employment medical screen; and verification of education, certifications, and licenses required prior to employment.
• Knowledge of parts, materials and supplies used in servicing, maintenance and repair of light and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.
• Knowledge of standard business software and specialized vehicle parts inventory software.
• Knowledge of techniques for researching parts data.
• Knowledge of city purchasing policies.
• Knowledge of generally accepted inventory management and accounting principles; clerical procedures involved in requisitioning, receiving, and issuing parts and supplies.
• Knowledge of safety methods, practices and equipment used in the operations of the parts warehouse.
• Skill in establishing priorities and organizing work.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
• Manage proposal development, terms and condition review, and risk assessment/mitigation .
• Independently administers and monitors various types of contracts, i.e. time and material (T&M); firm fixed price (FFP); indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ); and other transactions as necessary .
• Facilitates pre-award and post award activities in support of projects .
• Receives, coordinates, and responds to internal and external requests for data pertaining to contracts in area of responsibility .
• Be the center of the workflow to ensure all required. information needed to complete the contract is obtained in a timely fashion in order to deliver the contract to the customer .
• Administer the terms of the contract and coordinate with internal departments as required. for compliance; follow up on outstanding requests from various people within the organization; schedule and attend a variety of conference calls to discuss and resolve contract issues .
• Administer all aspects of contract financial tracking and invoicing .
• Manage routine reporting requirements as required. in the contract such as CFSR, FFATA, VAT, etc. .
• Lead contract closeout activities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
• Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Familiarity with WAWF essential.
• Experience in identifying and mitigating business risk in the terms of the contract.
• Ability to understand and write contract phraseology; very detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently with confidence. Exceptional planning, strategizing, managing, monitoring, scheduling, and analytical skills.
• Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks and many details.
• Solid interpersonal skills in a fast-paced deadline-oriented and changing environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills;.
• Experience in all Microsoft programs, Sharepoint and Power BI a plus.
• Solid business analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and interact with members of the Business Development/Sales organization, the product team and, on occasion, the executive team.

Job Duties
• Reviews and analyzes documents, transcripts, files, and other materials for responsiveness and to locate information and evidence relevant to investigative actions or responsive to requests for production, interrogatories, requests for admissions, and other discovery requests
• Provides technical assistance to attorneys using automated case management systems and maintains recordkeeping systems for tracking the progress of investigations and cases
• Uses electronic databases and other electronic means to perform litigation support tasks, including reviewing, organizing, indexing, tagging, and summarizing documents, files, and other materials. Conducts database searches for documents and information
• Performs intensive document review in accordance with review protocols, regularly meeting or exceeding the minimum number required on a weekly basis (which will vary depending on the complexity and nature of the assignment)
• Assists attorneys with all phases of civil and criminal litigation, including pretrial discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals

Job Requirements
• Requires paralegal certificate, or JD, or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school, having completed at least one year of study
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience required; trial experience very helpful
• At least one year of experience in automated litigation support
• Requires excellent written and oral communication skills and thorough knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw
• Role also requires hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources
