The position ensures guests that are placed in shelter get connected with behavioral health, medical, and other services and benefits, through the review of data in the ONE System.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• . Resource/Compile data on adult and TAY Temporary Shelter placement availability, by working with multiple departments, liaising with Community-Based Organizations (CBO), within an interdisciplinary Team, and communicating system capacity daily.
• Take a lead role in the planning, analysis, and evaluation of policies/reports/analytics concerning Temporary Shelter allocations/placements, identify/troubleshoot discrepancies in RTZ and the ONE System with multiple Data Teams across multiple departments, and build/maintain Temporary Shelter Placement dashboard in Power BI, which provides a real-time snapshot of systems capacity.
• Assist in developing/managing/coordinating systems for guest allocations/placements to adult and TAY Temporary Shelter with multiple city departments within an interdisciplinary Team, CBO’s, and through developed/centralized meetings of authorized stakeholders.
• Historically, authorized stakeholders comprise of; Intra-system/Transfer, Hospital (San Francisco in-patient hospital network), Isolation and Quarantine sites (I&Q), Jail, Health Streets Operation Center (HSOC), San Francisco Homeless Outreach Team (SFHOT), Street Crisis Outreach Team (SCRT), Adult Coordinated Entry, and TAY Access Points.
• Compile/Input guest data into RTZ and ONE System daily, from authorized stakeholders and CBO’s. Maintaining data quality by communicating efficient standards of operations. Developing/Implementing new systems for pilot programs to maximize intake capacity and additional data point requests.
• Work in tandem with the Temporary Shelter Team to provide support with appropriate placements and intra-system transfers of guests into the Temporary Shelter System.
• Maintain Guest Placement workflow templates to ensure effective/efficient onboarding of new staff. This model also provides consistent coverage of operational needs when staffing is lean.

• Advises the Managing Director on the construction of a multi-manager portfolio including effective knowledge of the risk exposures within the asset class as well as for each manager’s portfolio.
• Writes detailed investment recommendations and reports to be approved by the Managing Director.
• Presents investment recommendations to the Retirement Board.
• Reviews and evaluates key partnership terms and documents. Responsible for complete due diligence on a manager’s offering memorandum, subscription documents, and other materials related to an existing or prospective investment. Leads communication with internal and external counsel, as necessary.
