We are hiring an experienced Publicity & Communications Manager for Fandango & NBC Sports Next to handle an array of communications responsibilities including developing and executing publicity programs, media relations and internal communications for leading digital entertainment brands Fandango, Vudu and Rotten Tomatoes. The role will work collaboratively with theinternal comms... team, NBC Sports Next PR team, outside PR firm and various business unit functional areas to create, develop, and execute consumer and/or B2B-facing communications programs, as well as DEI and community impact initiatives, to meet specific goals and objectives.

Job Duties

Work with Communications team to develop publicity and DEI and community impact strategies and programs to support various brand and business initiatives across Fandango, Vudu, and Rotten Tomatoes and NBC Sports Next

Develop story angles, pitches and press materials to publicize various brand products and services, leveraging relevant industry trends, consumer insights and seasonal opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with key reporters including trade, consumer, lifestyle, tech, and family media outlets and blogs.

Plan and staff industry events, press tours and interviews, as well assist with executing company-wide events.

Maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with various departments across Fandango, NBC Sports Next and NBCUniversal.

Collaborate with PR firm to create effective PR roadmap/calendar for all external communications and publicity programs.

Manage weekly media tracking and reporting, executive speaking opportunity and event calendars, and research and maintain media contact lists.
