Our team is currently looking for an AME Solutions Sales Specialist to fill a permanent position. The AME Solutions Sales Specialist will work remotely from the USA or Canada. Provide pre-sales support to our partners and customers with a focus on application solutions and high value opportunities. Match our application solutions to our customer's needs and grow revenue by identifying, penetrating and supporting key accounts. Overachieve Application Solutions sales objectives in a given territory Responsible for developing and managing Application Solutions targets and objectives within assigned territory with an emphasis on growing sales within Key Account targets Professionally represent Robotiq at Partners, Events and Customers throughout the territory. Support our partners and strategic clients throughout the technical pre-sales support on Application Solutions and large value opportunities. Responsibilities:
Penetrate ASP Partners for direct relationships with robot specialists and engineers and deliver Robotiq value in closing application solution deals. Identify and penetrate top Customers and Targets for direct relationships within the region. Build and execute penetration plans for target customers by working closely with CSM, Territory Director and Inside Sales Specialist. Share information on application solutions success with ASP partners and Key/Target Accounts Facilitate real time application feedback from partners and customers to product development team Build and execute sales plans for each ASP distributor, define objectives and assess performance Coach and develop expert and ASP partners to be highly independent and autonomous Perform frequent application solutions funnel reviews with partners. Provide a reliable application solutions forecast of business for your territory. Work closely with cobot manufacturers (i.e. UR) that can influence sales in the territory Build strong relationships and awareness for Robotiq with our expert and application solution partners. Work closely with Inside Sales Specialists on qualifying application solutions MQL's Travel up to 75% is required, Employee should maintain a current passport. Sales training and coaching Train and coach sales reps at our distributors' so that they can sell our application solutions effectively and efficiently. Develop Robotiq mindshare and focus within our Partner's sales force and technical teams. Ensure distributor sales team have the resources to achieve their targets Work in close relationship with the assigned Inside Sales Specialist. Ensure the autonomy of partners ? Provide technical sales expertise to help the partner develop pre-sales capabilities. ? Provide guidance for demos and develop the capacity of ASP partners to Successfully demonstrate all relevant offers. Prioritize recurring revenue opportunities ? Understand customer requirements to help technical staff define an optimal solution for our application solutions ? Become a promoter of products and technologies within the community of ASP partners to drive the offer's value proposition. Represent the customer experience ? Test and provide information and recommendations for the development of new features and application solutions. Candidate profile:
You are the person we are looking for if:

This is a technical sales position requiring both sales skills and drive as well as the ability to assemble, program and integrate proof of concepts.

Duties/Responsibilities...
• Works with the Sales Engineer team to identify and close robot opportunities within the account base and add new accounts with marketing leads
• Expected to be customer facing 75% of time demonstrating and presenting robotics and related products, Factory of the Future representative
• Develop proof of concept development for furthering opportunities
• Work with the UR Business Development Manager to quote solution and follow up vigorously
• Develop a sales plan for each territory and interact with local Sales Engineer to develop and move towards current open opportunities, develop new targets and eventual close of the sale
• Focus on lines 90% (UR-Majority, MIR, Cognex, LMI, Robotiq and other UR+)
• Expected to schedule and be with customers for 6 visits a week on average
• Reference the Sales Engineer to applications that are uncovered during your visits
• Assistance with marketing events for demo setup and booth attendance
• Input and knowledge of accessory product to assist sales team with accessory items for robots and lasers (end effectors, vision, stands etc.)
