Responsibilities:
• This role creates and executes digital media plans based on client objectives & budgets in collaboration with our internal team members (sales/marketing)
• Brainstorm with internal teams to garner the most creative and strategic media plans and RFP recommendationsby utilizing historical data and internal data tools to recommend smart and sophisticated digital strategies for each client
• Management of digital/newsletter calendar
• Accurately input & maintain the most updated information for all media plans in Placements IO and Salesforce and billing
• Attend internal and client-facing meetings, speaking to media campaign performance and strategy
• Monitor inventory, campaign performance and recommend optimizations, in collaboration with AdOps team
• Provide insights for client-facing reports; deliver report presentations with screenshots/performance to clients as needed
• Work with finance to reconcile program budgeting and execution
• Develop a strong understanding of Robb Report & ART Media ad products and sponsorship opportunities
• Help develop new products and digital revenue opportunities; implement broader digital growth strategy across Robb Report & ART Media.
Requirements:
• Team first attitude
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Solution- and outcome-oriented approach 1-2+ years of media planning or related business experience, preferably with an agency or publisher
• Experience working with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, PIO and Jira
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Typical wage range: $60k - $75k.
Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits. • Write short news items and occasional features as needed to support the daily publishing schedule
