About the Job

We are looking for a Production Line Lead to lead daily operation production lines. This position is hands-on and will require running equipment, packaging finished goods, covering breaks and additional duties as assigned. You are dependable, consistent and have the ability to lead manufacturing lines and support/guide fellow team members. You have a proven ability in creating a positive culture on the production floor, while keeping operations safe and efficient.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• With direction from the Production Manager, you will ensure that equipment is set up to produce scheduled products and ALL materials required for production are good to go.
• Run and clean multiple pieces of production equipment.
• Understand and train team members on all production equipment and processes to produce efficiently.
• Lead by example.
• Ensure all production and QC paperwork is correctly filled out and turned in.
• Flexibility. This role may require hours and start times that change on short notice with regular overtime.
• Hands on packaging and equipment operation.
• Provide breaks and lunches to operators and packagers to ensure line time efficiency.
• Attention to detail and product quality. This is critical to the role.
• Perform and record regular quality checks
• Adjust process according to quality results to achieve target quality parameters
• Be able to work in a safe manner.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Three years minimum experience working in a food manufacturing environment.
• Prior production lead experience
• Proven leadership qualities and training skills.
• Must be a flexible and mature individual.
• Self Starter with the ability to run without constant, direct supervision.
• Able to stand for hours at a time and work in a hot environment.
• Read and write English. Good Communication skills.

The Staff Software Engineer, DevOps will contribute in discovery, design and implementation of solutions to improve infrastructure... and release pipelines. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Develop, deploy, and maintain Ripple’s multi-region, multi-provider service platforms
• Supply design and development of tools for automation, monitoring, and instrumentation to reduce operational friction and increase engineering efficiency
• Lead discovery of next generation solutions and work with wider engineering teams on implementation, adoption and continuous improvements
• Create and automate new and existing platform and application lifecycle services, leveraging data to converge on declared states with minimal human interaction

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as DevOps or related roles
• Strong experience in either Python, Go, or Java
• Experience working with large scale, multi-region service platforms
• Expertise in Kubernetes and experience working with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
• Experience with container schedulers and runtimes such as Docker, Rkt, or OCI running on Kubernetes, Rancher, or Mesos
• Experience building deployment pipelines using common CI/CD tools
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, etc)
• Security awareness, with an emphasis on designing for security standard methodologies
• Experience with Agile development of distributed services, with a focus on robust software design, scalability and security

• Experience with Agile development of distributed services, with a focus on shipping customer-facing features on a regular cadence including, scalability and security.
