What You Will Do
• Coordinate sample pulls and returns, messengers/shipments to ensure samples are tracked and delivered on time, fulfilling warehouse orders, imagery and credit requests.
• Organize / maintain the brand room, press samples, samples database and storage.
• Support the PR Associate in credit and press reporting – weekly and monthly clipping reports, initiatives and event recaps. Send weekly email with credits to internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the PR Associate to update all master media lists and PR gifting lists, manage product ordering, packing and send outs. Assist with communication to press and VIPs as needed.
• Support the VP, Brand & Communications, Director, PR and PR Associate with execution of brand image events such as launch events, media previews, influencer events, etc.
• Keen understanding and interest in industry-related news.
• Manage all deliveries and shipments (WorldNet, FedEx).
• Additional responsibilities include executing administrative work and tasks inclusive of supporting the VP, Brand & Communications and Director, PR with organization of conference calls, meetings and call agendas + recaps, coordination of PR invoices processing, expenses.
• Maintain awareness of the brand’s overall goals and initiatives.

What You Can Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or other related disciplines preferred.
• 1-2 years job experience in PR, either agency or in-house (fulltime and/or internship experience; fashion PR experience a plus).

From ideation to creation to execution, this individual will ensure all Social Media content and strategy is working hard to push Savage X Fenty forward and consistently elevate the brand through innovation and disruption.

The Sr. Manager, Social Media must demonstrate strong judgement, be resourceful, have a sharp eye for detail and be able to excel in ambiguity. This role is multi-disciplined as we look for a candidate that not only has deep understanding and thought leadership in the social media space, but also one who can rise to any occasion and take ownership of high-profile marketing channels.

This position will report to the Director, Head of Content.

What You Will Do
• Lead the development of ownable, best-in-class social media content and strategy that drives brand awareness, growth, engagement, and relevance.
• Calendaring: Create & manage the content calendar creation process, including writing captions, creative ideation + briefing, and asset delivery. Responsible for posting to the brand social media accounts with support from direct reports.
• Community Management: Engage with fans / followers / influencers and monitor conversations from the brand’s voice. Engage with other brands and creators to stand out during ‘viral’ moments that pop up on the channels.
• Strategize, execute, and report on the monthly content plans for all social media channels – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.
• Work with cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders on key projects, including but not limited to: PR, Marketing, Legal, CRM, Design, Creative and more to further the brand team’s social media objectives.
• Create analytics reports on a regular and one-off cadence – depending on need. Leverage insights to inform future content and strategy shifts.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest emerging social trends. Propose ways the brand can show up on the platforms in a meaningful and strategic way.
• Stay abreast of competitive social media, influencer marketing, and content strategies + trends and make recommendations on how the brand can stay a step ahead.

What You Can Bring

As the Senior Data Analyst, you will act as the reporting lead on the Business Intelligence team. You will invent technologies to power Savage's major strategic initiatives by developing reporting platform infrastructure enhancements & expansions. Examples of projects you might work on in this role include sourcing and modeling new data to incorporate within our reporting platform, conducting cohort analysis to understand customer lifetime value, or answering a strategic question about customer membership experience. This role will be mostly focused on developing and maintaining tools and sharing data driven insights to support our business operations teams (such as Strategy, Finance, Product Creation, Merchandising, Planning and Legal). Your insights will be critical to helping these teams recognize business opportunities, recommend strategies, & measure success.

In this role, you will develop complex SQL scripts to extract data from a transactional database & visualize that data in Tableau dashboards. You will derive business-facing insights from that data & leverage your excellent communication skills to present actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders. You will also manage our existing data platform & look for opportunities to advance our current capabilities.

The right candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for career advancement & a desire to grow professionally into a management position.
