The Retail Manager-In-Training position is for individuals that have a true drive to develop themselves and desire to take on a leadership role within a retail store in the future. Their primary focus is on the timely completion of the Riddles Retail Manager Training Program and assisting with the daily operations of the store. The ideal Riddles Jewelry Retail Manager Trainee is extremely self-motivated, and goal driven while possessing a solid understanding of what is necessary to make a business operate successfully. Retail Manager Trainees should be prepared to relocate as necessary for them to easily transition into taking over or establishing a Riddles Jewelry Retail Store. Due to the nature of this position relocation is a possibility. Riddles Jewelry is built on providing strong and outstanding customer service through rigorous and continued training of our employees combined with offering some of the best brands on the market today. We provide a full training program that will provide the tools necessary to be successful with our company.

JOB OUTLINE
Riddle’s Group Inc. is seeking a hard-working individual to assist in the manufacturing process of Black Hills Gold and Fine Jewelry. This position will primarily focus on tasks that are necessary to the fine jewelry production process including but not limited to: tacking, polishing, applying / finishing components, and various other production process needs.
To excel at this position the individual must:
• Keep and maintain a clean and tidy workspace
• Be able to properly prepare and utilize a variety of machinery and equipment
• Be able to follow detailed instructions that are communicated in both verbal and written form
• Follow OSHA health and safety guidelines, as well as additional health and safety standards set and observed by Riddle’s Group Inc.
• Have an aptitude for mechanics and a keen eye for detail
• Be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality
• Be able to produce work product that meets or exceeds industry quality standards and those established by Riddle’s Group Inc.
• Have full hand dexterity and fine motor skills with the ability to handle and work on small, intricate objects
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
• Previous experience working a factory setting
• Previous experience operating manufacturing / production machinery and equipment
DESIRED EDUCATION
• REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent
• PREFERRED: Associates Degree in a Technical Field relevant to the position
DESIRED SKILLS
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Ability to safely operate a variety of equipment
• Strong ability to communicate with co-workers
• Ability to use reason to solve problems / issues as they arise
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time
• Strong ability to receive instructions and work independently to accomplished delegated tasks
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Climate controlled factory environment that includes extended periods of standing, bending, reaching, and sitting.
