We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become part of our team. The candidate will be highly motivated and have strong people skills. The candidate will have a minimum of three years experience working in Class A Apartments as a manager or and a minimum of one years experience in the lease up of new Class A apartment projects in the Dallas area.

Assist coordination

Coordinate resident / community events to reinforce sense of community
Address and resolve resident concerns
Coordinate work order and repair requests
Explain and enforce property rules and regulations to future and current residents
This is a full time position and includes work on Saturdays
Lead the quality control inspections prior to units being leased and renovations being completed
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years experience as an assistant property manager
Familiar with management software, contracts and leases
Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to utilize these tools in marketing and leasing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
References from previous employers required
