As the Sales Coordinator, you will provide expert advice and solutions on Qantas products with a focus on group travel. You will focus on group travel policies, fares and ticketing for our Agency Partners and the Partnerships team. You’ll have:
• Demonstrated customer service and/or sales experience in fares, ticketing, group travel
• Domestic and International consulting experience, with knowledge of airline products, policy, fares and ticketing procedures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external customers
• A knack for securing sales, identifying sales opportunities and anticipating customer needs
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player and role model with the ability and passion for coaching, developing and motivating staff.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Recent experience in a call centre environment with the ability to meet call related KPI’s will be highly regarded
• Ability to work and reside in the United States

Your new role as Sales Account Manager will see you manage a portfolio of key customers in the North America Leisure Industry, OTA or Cruise sector as defined under a specific portfolio of accounts.
