Desired Profile
• 6+ years of proven success in a Brand Partnerships/Digital Sales role in the media industry in the United States.
• Experience managing at least $2 Million in sales from his/her team/individual contribution.
• Proven ability to communicate with partners at all levels within an organization.
• Proven ability to drive sales independently.
• Digital sales experience for a digital sports media brand will be an added advantage.
What you will be doing:
• Manage relationships with Brands, Agencies, and Trade Desks in order to drive sales for multiple properties within the Pro Football Network family.
• Create and manage a team of sales executives on commission or fixed pay to maximize outreach and convert.
• Work closely with the Content, Ad-ops, and Brand Solutions teams to service the briefs and campaigns
• Set and meet sales targets for his/her territory while maintaining ongoing knowledge of the industry, existing and target channel partner accounts, & competitive landscape.
The single most important requirement for this role is extreme hustle -- we are looking for candidates who can roll up their sleeves and get into the trenches to understand and build a multi-million dollar sales pipeline within a short period of time.
