Preply Business partners with hundreds of clients globally to bring personalized language training to the workforce. Over the past year, the team has grown by over 300% and we’re hiring an Account Executive in the US to help fuel this growth.

As an AE, you will be responsible for generating pipeline, driving the sales process from demo through close, and serving as the face of Preply to all prospective clients. You will work closely with sales leaders at Preply as well as our sales development and account management teams to achieve your goals. We’re looking for candidates who are consultative sellers, self-starters, and excited about the opportunities to learn and grow in a start-up environment.

What you'll be doing:
• Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach
• Manage a sales pipeline of inbound and outbound leads from prospecting through close, and effectively collaborate with other teams (SDRs, AMs, Product, Marketing, etc.) in the process
• Develop an understanding of each prospect's business needs and communicate a customized solution effectively
• Build strong relationships with key client decision-makers / influencers who are responsible for Learning and Development and Human Resources across key accounts
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve $600k of annual new business revenue

What you need to succeed:
• 1-2+ years of experience in a closing role
• 1-2 years of experience as an SDR with a proven ability to generate pipeline
• Work experience in B2B sales, with SaaS experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience in conducting customized product demos
• Short to medium sales cycle experience (2-3 months);
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively articulate our value proposition as part of an overall business solution;
• Proficiency with Sales CRM solutions (such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong);
• Can-do attitude, ambitious and passionate

What you’ll be doing:
• Be the point of contact for our customers (HR or Learning manager) from the minute the contract is signed.

• At least 3 years of experience in a B2B company, ideally in the technology/SaaS sector.
• At least 2-3 years of experience managing and upselling Key accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM solutions, online platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills, with all levels within our customers teams.

Our Revenue Operations team is the quarterback behind our Sales Organization, ensuring Sales Development, Account Acquisition and Management are well supported and running smoothly. It's absolutely crucial for the success of Preply Business.

What you’ll be doing:
• Regularly assess the tech stack to ensure we have the right tools to drive business growth, ensuring our systems are architected for flexibility and growth.
• Owns complex, critical revenue operations systems and tools used cross-functionally that require expert administration (including Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and other integrated systems).
• Implements processes that provide transparency over the different sales motions;
• Develops a team accountable for partnering with internal stakeholders while managing project intake, planning, and delivery.
• Stays closely involved with high stake projects related to company objectives and key results, coaching team members, and rolling up their sleeves to contribute to projects that require additional support and expertise.
• Manages a budget for all revenue operations tools and negotiates contracts and licensing agreements, ensuring we are ahead of critical changes.
• Designs a data analytics function to train users on reporting, align data between departments, and deliver valuable insights to business stakeholders.
• Communicates regularly with leaders of all Preply Business Teams, understanding their needs and pain points. Assesses business priorities and maintains a roadmap based on scoped projects, with reliable delivery timelines.

What you need to succeed:
• Demonstrated experience in hiring, retaining and scaling diverse, geographically dispersed, and successful teams.
• Extensive experience in managing Salesforce.com to power sales and marketing processes is required. Advanced Admin / Developer certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience in choosing and managing integrations is required. Experience with tools such as Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, Docusign preferred but not required.
• Analytics experience; proficient in asking questions to assess the quality and value of a dataset and data analyses, and ideally well versed in Looker or other BI tools.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to evaluate data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
• Experience continuously seeking input from and communicating effectively with Sales Development, Sales, Account Management, and other audiences.
• Experience working on a team with a well defined product planning and change management process. Agile Scrum experience is preferred.
• Well-rounded communication skills required to align a range of stakeholders on priorities, timing, and output.
