Financial Controller

The successful candidate will work closely with the Country MD with the day-to-day running of the Finance Operation. You will enjoy leading, coaching, and developing team members along with offering ideas and suggestions to take the department forward in meeting the ever-changing business needs during an exciting period of growth.

As a Financial Controller, you will
• Monthly reporting being responsible for one country in EMEA
• Financial planning, budget, and monthly rolling forecast
• Variance analysis and reporting
• Taking actions out of findings from your variance analysis
• Working on temporary projects
• Support in financial audits

About you
• Degree in Economics or Finance (University/College) or similar
• Number crushing mindset
• Strong numeric and analytical skills and capable of analyzing processes
• Dedicated and eager to learn
• Strong... excel skills

Job Overview
• Monitoring clinical studies in phases II-III
• Assuring adherence to Good Clinical Practices, investigator integrity, and compliance with all study procedures.
• Identification, qualification and initiation of investigators and their sites.
• Supervising study conduct according to GCP requirements and all applicable laws.

Key Requirements
• Bachelor degree in life-science
• Min 1 year monitoring experience as CRA within a CRO, Pharma, Biotech in Poland
• Experience in commercial studies
• Experience with site initiation, site close out
• Experience in clinical studies phase II-III
• Fluent English & Polish
• Excellent communication skills
• A full... clean drivers license
