YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

As part of the Information Security Operations (InfoSec OPS) team, and for what concerns the scope including PMI US Business and selected areas of PMI functions having OT (Operational Technology) in their area of ownership or responsibility:

Maintain strong partner relationships, evangelize information security, advise senior leadership and key partners on cyber risks.
Operationalize and improve security governance structure and reporting, both operational and for security committees and management teams, partnering with Regional ISOs and Global Information Security team.
Coordinate project assurance of selected initiatives (such as projects, PoV, MVP), and perform risk management, in strict alignment and collaboration with other teams in IT and beyond (e.g. Risk & Assurance, Supplier Quality & Audits, Intellectual Property Management), with the biggest purpose to enable business and IT strategy deployment.
Support the design and the implementation of a Cyber Risk Program, with technology, process, and organizational components, by taking into account e.g. insights from project assurance (e.g. in terms of recurrent security gaps and deficiencies), key business strategy elements, Cyber Threat Intelligence insights, etc., in order to increase cybersecurity maturity and business resilience; correlate CRP implementation progress to Cyber Maturity Index increase.
Actively govern Information Security risks so to meet compliance, regulatory requirements, and PMI’s risk appetite.
Lead Information Security Assessments (ISAs) of plants, applications and security processes, in order to identify security gaps, perform risk management, and define risk-reduction actions to be implemented by teams within and beyond IT. ISAs may apply e.g. to factories, industrial labs, warehouses and Third Party Manufacturers plants.
Work with global teams to ensure policies, standards, and control frameworks consider regional/market nuances responding to local laws, regulations, and other local requirements, and communicate and support alignment to PMI’s Information Security policies and standards.
Strengthen ownership and awareness of Information Security through continuous trainings and awareness campaigns.
Support execution of cyber-attack simulations and table-top exercises and assist in Cyber Crisis Management cases.
Assist Cyber Defense team in managing cybersecurity incidents, providing OT related knowledge to better understand root causes and impact, collaborating closely with central or local collaborators, and leading definition and implementation coordination of subsequent risk-reduction plans.

Who we’re looking for:

University Master Degree or equivalent experience (Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent).
12+ years in IT teams at international companies, performing activities relevant to information security, such as e.g. risk management, security demand management, security audit, security governance, application security, system controls, disaster recovery and business continuity.
Experience in interacting, presenting and working with top management in both domestic and international corporate environments to engage team members, drive decisions and communicate effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate strategic information security topics, policies, and standards as well as risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills and diplomacy.
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and empower multi-functional, interdisciplinary and multi-geographical teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
Experience implementing information security program for, e.g., Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Prototyping and Industrialization business areas.
7+ years in OT teams at international companies, performing activities relevant to information security, such as e.g. factory network segregation/segmentation, OT network monitoring and visibility management, ICS patch management, disaster recovery.
Experience with securing ICS technologies, e.g. Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interface (HMI), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and Building Management Systems.
Knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards, such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82.
