• Ability to take an active role troubleshooting mission-critical, proactively monitor dashboards and customer feedback channels, periodic on-call duty, and defensive engineering to minimize impact

The role of the Employee Store Program Manager is a dynamic position that will be instrumental in driving the vision and strategy of the PlayStation employee store. The PlayStation employee store program currently includes a physical store on the campus in San Mateo, CA, and an online store servicing employees across North America. This role has the unique opportunity to partner with a selected vendor to build out a new employee store program from scratch and redefine the program for the future.

As the Store Manager, you will work closely with the vendor to develop every aspect of the program to meet the needs of the business. You will also work closely with departments across the entire organization to integrate the needs of the greater organization into the planning. What you'll be doing:

• Manage launch and lifecycle marketing plans for the employee store products including, events, ecommerce, promotional and CRM activities.

• Work closely with employee store vendor to plan seasonal product assortments, source goods, and arrange pop up sales on remote campuses.

• Oversee general design direction and functionality of the employee store website to ensure an optimal user experience.

• Responsible for planning, forecasting, pricing, and Q&A for all products including PlayStation products, branded apparel & accessories.

• Manage day to day relationship with employee store vendor to oversee inventory management, sales order fulfillment, web hosting, customer service and all program KPI's.

• Create a broad strategy for store marketing communications and promotional store newsletters.

• Develop relationships across all departments to fulfil organization needs with employee product and apparel.

• Deliver product roadmaps and store profit and loss to account for revenue, COGS, SG&A, and various discretionary investments.

• Manage program budgets, vendor contracts, POs, and invoices.

• Develop a winning strategy for the employee store to maximize service offerings to include selling PlayStation products, branded apparel, and premium goods to Sony North American employees.

• Plan for and drive towards global expansion of the employee store to other countries.

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years' experience in retail management and retail merchandising

• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships & KPI's

• Website UX experience

• Highly organized with extreme attention to detail

• Demonstrated fiscal and budgetary experience

• Critical thinking, self-starter, with a high passion and drive for the gaming industry

• Ability to work under tight deadlines with composure and ease, and adapt to fluid situations

• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities, timing, and solutions quickly

• Effective and thorough communication on project statuses/challenges/solutions

• Focused on deadlines and high-quality output of all projects
