Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute go-to-market programs for our military aviation solutions that include messaging, positioning, and product launch strategies that contemplate each stage of the marketing funnel.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing plan that includes uniform messaging/positioning, product launches, and support material.
• Translate product capabilities and features into clear value propositions that resonate with target markets and buyer personas.
• Develop and execute strategies for identifying the most effective marketing channels to support our growth goals, to include digital marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and trends, and use that information to inform product marketing plans, messaging, and positioning
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and provide assessments of competitor positioning and messaging.
• Serve as the primary interface between the military aviation product team and marketing to ensure that marketing plans align with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Inform product feature set and overall product strategy by developing data-driven business insights, market research, and product performance analyses.
• Work with the internal Customer Support team to define optimal digital customer service experience for digital users and venue guests.

Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years' experience in the military aviation industry either as a supplier or as a purchaser or end user, with knowledge of the B2G sales process and applicable regulatory frameworks
• Strong skills and relevant experience in product marketing or related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts and capabilities into highly compelling business value propositions
• Startup/growth mentality: smart, self-starter, proactive, and a can-do cross-functional team player
• Bachelor's degree
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial drive, intellectual agility, and personal eagerness to develop with the needs of the business
• Self-motivated, energetic individuals with strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn new and complex topics quickly; Passion for solving complex problems and challenges in a highly technical and scientific environment
• Demonstrated ability to work comfortably in a highly collaborative, cross-functional, team-oriented, and matrixed environment
• Desire and demonstrated ability to thrive and produce results in a fluid, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
• While not required, direct experience with software suites for planning, coordinating, and conducting military flights, and/or the ForeFlight Military Flight Bag app is strongly preferred
