Responsibilities-

Would be part of Alliance & Partnership Team, and shall be responsible to identify and acquire quality Affiliate/Partners through online & offline leads.
• Maintaining relationships with existing partners & generating referral leads through them
• Manage Key account relationships with Partners and ensure their needs are met
• Delivering outstanding partner experience in terms of pre & post sales

About the role : We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be part of our Paytm First games team to drive the Product insights.
Here's what you will do -
Working with different departments and business heads to bring a data-driven approach and resolve the gaps that impact decision making of the business, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs.
This Role will need to leverage the latest technology and best practices to deliver results, agility, efficiency and quality for data and visualization requirements.
Ensuring that our Data & Analytics team align to the business objectives and supports key initiatives for the Product and Growth Team
Prioritize opportunities using data driven insights and solutions, these opportunities using Machine Learning and AI techniques.
Experience in building ML models using the data, bonus if you are experienced in deploying as well.
Work with product team to perform and validate A/B tests.
Product Funnel Tracking & Optimisation.

Expectations/Requirements-
Excellent visualization skills, storytelling, and familiarity with best practices to convey insights in an intuitive and visually compelling way
Experience in creating, collecting, analyzing and communicating business insights from data.
Experience working on metrics such as retention, churn, engagement and marketing analytics.
Knowledge of Analytics & self-service BI approaches and predictive analytics solutions is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant technical degree preferred from top tier 1/2 college with 4+years of experience in Data Analytics
Gaming experience is an added bonus, not really an indicator for a perfect candidate.
Team Player , able to coach other team members and improve the overall performance.

Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role-
Strong background in SQL and experience working on Python.
Experience in Statistical techniques (R, hypothesis testing).
Experience in Product Analytics.
Should have worked on Tableau, Google Analytics and Clevertap
Knowledge Airflow, AWS AI/ML will be a plus

Growth Marketing performs 3 critical functions for the Paytm platform:Traffic allocation to various growth use cases like payments, commerce, financial services according to user current interest and also propensity to adopt new use casesEnhancing growth as a product platform with real time targeting, building a 360-degree customer profile and enhancing reach through most suitable channelsEvangelization of growth amongst various businesses of Paytm and ensuring best practices trickle down to all businesses.

• Own end to end insight generation for one of the business function areas by closely working with respective business owners

• Create BI dashboards & automated reports to help business leaders with key decisions
