Outbrain is seeking a highly-motivated and passionate sales leader to accelerate our growing agency business. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships at multiple levels across the top agency holding companies. In partnership with our global commercial and strategy leadership, you’ll develop frameworks to easily leverage Outbrain for full funnel solutions from brand awareness to driving sales. You’ll drive our strategic agency partnerships and agreements, while also leading a team responsible for sales and client relationships. Expertise in video and programmatic advertising will be essential.

A day in the life:
• In your first month you will do a deep dive into the Outbrain product and start to build key internal and external relationships. You will have mastered our pitch and positioning within the digital landscape and be able to confidently articulate the benefits of a strategic partnership at the agency level and will have scheduled an abundance of meetings.
• After six months you will have inked one strategic partnership at an agency holding company and significantly grown the number of agency campaigns. You will have collaborated with brand and account management teams to most efficiently and successfully land and expand brands at the agency level. You will be responsible for delivering and accurately forecasting agency revenue.
• When you finish up your first year, you’ll be an essential part of the US team, having secured your second strategic partnership with an agency holding company, and substantially increased the level of spend and amount of brands Outbrain works with from agencies.

The base pay range for this position is $180,000.00-$225,000.00 in addition to a competitive commission package. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. A day in the life

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from historical performance and understanding of business priorities
