As the Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of the project to include: meeting or exceeding performance objectives, meeting program deliverables, and meeting program financial goals. The Senior Project Manager will interface with the SAIC Technical Lead, PM and Senior and mid-level customer officials.In this position you will oversee and manage all day-to-day activities of the project team., to include any subcontractors. Successful candidates in this position will demonstrate an aptitude for creative problem solving, attention to detail, negotiating competing priorities, and excellent communication skills.This opportunity is contingent upon award.QualificationsAbility to obtain a Public Trust background check.Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience.Strong background in Geospatial Products such as Esri, Open Source Geospatial Foundation Technology Stacks, Microsoft Office Product Suites: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio.Ability to provide high level summary of results and draw conclusions based on interpretation of data.Background in IT security, program and project management, multi-agency collaboration, cloud migration, Geospatial programsDesired:AWS Certifications, Esri Certifications, Geospatial Analysis skills and certificationsCovid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
