Responsibilities

You will partner with management to identify resources to present for open specifications and escalate urgent requests on priority staffing calls. You will confirm assignment end dates, partner with managers to understand assigned consultants’ skill levels and experience. It is important to actively monitor the selection/acceptance process for assigned resources, update system with resource selection decision and supporting reason, and maintain data integrity. You will contribute to overall practice reports and support ad hoc resourcing reporting.
• The primary job responsibility is to work closely with Resource Management team to complete special projects and tasks.
• Review contract changes requested by 3rd Party Vendors on the Service Provider Agreements to identify patterns and repeat requests for changes on specific terms.
• Review the 3rd Party Vendor skill set data captured in PSRS and build out the level of detail to a more granular skill set level.
• Complete Oracle Introductory Training as directed by your manager.

We are looking for an experienced Project Management professional to join the North America CX Consulting practice. The practice is responsible for delivering solutions related to Oracle's Sales, Services and CPQ cloud Services.
This Project Manager is very comfortable managing projects with a budget in the range of $1,000K, and 15+ cross-functional participants. The successful candidate will have a combination of technical Project Management skills, as well as leadership skills, business acumen and judgement to organize the activities, enable all participants to work as efficient as possible, maintain all stakeholders informed, identify and address risks, effectively manage time and budget, and handle unexpected ambiguous situations. • Expertise in Systems Management Software (BMC Software such OpenBMC or equivalent)
• Capable of working independently
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Programming experience (C/C++, Linux Programming, bash, Python, Java).

Bonus:
• Experience in OpenBMC, Open Compute Project, DMTF standards like PLDM/SPDM
• Experience with Cloud security and architecture concepts.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with common compliance standards.
• Recognized industry certification and/or continuing education programs are a major plus.

California Pay Range: from $104,100 to $241,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $95,900 to $216,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $99,300 to $229,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $102,600 to $229,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
