• Assists with new clients and emergency shift needs to ensure full coverage.
• Responsible for filling in when requested by the supervisor regardless of the location of support needs.
• This role will also be responsible to work their own DSP shifts in addition to leadership responsibilities.
• Staff scheduling to ensure correct client needs including but not limited to staff-to-client ratios.
• Constant communication with your supervisor for any updates, clarification, and guidance.
• Report staff (and client attendance), track client units, monitor staff hours and ensure daily care notes are in place.
• Plans and facilitates client activities and outings, events, and activity planning to align with client goals
• Have a good working knowledge of DSPD and DHS contracts and the Code of Conduct.
• Team lead may be responsible to assist with schedules being confirmed (Axiscare)
• Assigns and ensures staffs completion of monthly reports
• Attend meetings and company-wide huddles
• Support with activities of daily living (ADL), bathrooms, hygiene, eating, etc.
• First point of contact with client families
• Be accessible to employees that you supervise
• Performs other duties and specialty areas as assigned by the supervisor.
• Must successfully obtain required certifications and training.
• Keeps required certifications updated and maintains personal compliance.
• At least 75% of work hours must be billable (worked directly with a client) unless approved by the manager.
Minimum Qualifications
• Responsible leadership experiences
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Certifications including CPR, Safety-Care Training
• Access to reliable transportation.
Ideal Qualifications
• Ideally, the DSP Lead should have at least two years of equivalent experience
• Shows compassion, patience, positive attitude, flexibility, outgoing, optimistic and provides excellent care
Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.

Responsibilities:
Image cognition/image effect definition: according to the company's image value proposition, combined with public aesthetics, responsible for image target effect definition and effect planning (in line with the changing times and user aesthetic trends), scene library construction and iterative optimization, responsible for the forward-looking effect target direction and scene library accuracy.
User experience & product competitiveness: according to the defined target effect, set the mid- to high-end product effect target and break down the measurable acceptance criteria, take care of the project image effect acceptance and make the image effect competitive
Effect engineering capacity building: responsible for image effect evaluation system and standard building, subjective scene objectification building and debugging efficiency optimization, responsible for the accuracy of evaluation
