This role will provide... best-in-class service for a select number of our clients’ & partners’ eCommerce stores, with the primary responsibility of project managing the end-to-end eCommerce process including store planning, product launches, and coordination with internal departments and stakeholders. How you’ll CREATE: Act as primary point of contact for a select number of our client's online stores, funneling all production, marketing and creative requests from them to Fame House’s internal teams. Build and maintain relationships and trust across client roster to ensure UMG, Fame House, and our Partners are in the best position possible with the client. Drive store planning, release and program management across our partners’ eCommerce rights, working in close collaboration with merchandise rights owners (ROs) to integrate eCommerce into always-on artist planning. Ensure all internal stakeholders are aware of incoming eCommerce drops or promotions, as well as specific client requirements/needs for each initiative. Work with the client to make sure we receive all of the info needed to execute marketing and creative (product sheet, pricing, descriptions, context to the drop, creative guidelines, etc.). Project Manage follow-throughs and logistics for any approved and active campaigns. Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and work with internal teams to execute against them (e.g. marketing campaign proposals, insights reporting, etc.). Manage workflow against client SOW, as well as standard turnaround times for requests. Work to identify client needs that will involve an exception to our standard turnaround times; coordinate internally to ensure we are able to deliver against client needs appropriately. OC San is currently looking to fill the role of a Senior Plant Operator.

Under direction, the Senior Plant Operator:
• Oversees and participates in the more complex and difficult work.
• Is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining plant equipment including engines, motors, boilers, compressors, and pumps to control unit processes.
• Ensures waste treatment plant operates within regulatory guidelines.
• Performs adjustments and repairs to plant equipment; collects samples for laboratory testing.
• Performs minor maintenance such as flushing sludge lines to digesters, adding oil, and cleaning drains.
• Provides technical direction and assistance to plant operators and operators in training in the operation of wastewater treatment process equipment.
• Assists with training of staff.

• Process control for specific areas of the plant.
• Assists the maintenance division in preparing equipment for maintenance department work.
• Effectively communicates in person, over the telephone, and in writing.
The successful candidate will possess:

Education

• Harnessing and developing a clear account strategy and introducing, together with the marketing team, clear promotional initiatives to take the business from a market leader to a dominant player.

Position Requirements
• Proven Cyber Security sales experience
• Operating at all levels both inside and outside the organisation, the AE, will be able to design and execute programmes that make a fundamental difference to business growth and profitability.
• In depth knowledge and experience of creating and closing new business opportunities
• All applicants must have sold to senior level decision makers such as C level and directors. A stable career history and the ability to show good tenure at companies is required. Demonstrable track record of being able to develop and articulate value will be a pre-requisite. Proven ability to close $1m+ software licence contracts with customers
• Ability to lead, manage and motivate Opentext engagement teams through clear communication of Account Plan objectives and goals.
• Proven ability to create differentiated and innovative solutions that support the customers key business imperatives
• Extremely competent communicator at all levels, well organised and decisive.
