What you do here will really, really matterseriously. For example, you will participate in... establishing and evolving the Octane AI Engineering Team's development processes. We aren't there yet, so you need to be ready to roll up your sleeves and give us your ideas! As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to grow and lead the charge in the application of Machine Learning in some of our ecommerce tools.How cool is that? You will exhibit your exemplary skills on a team of 6-8, including a Technical Lead, other engineers, a product manager, quality assurance teammate and resident UI/UX expert. You will be an effective developer, collaborator and technical mentor - efficiently writing great quality code, providing insight and learning from teammates to enhance and support one or more of our amazing ecommerce personalization tools. How You Will Contribute Support the morale of your teammates. Help mentor developers with less experience. Reflect, learn, and support your teammates in their learning.
