Looking for an expert in Walmart dropshipping who is willing to work on a partnership basis and whose methods are safe that minimize the risk of suspension. • Knowledgeable in all areas of Shopify and Oberlo such as exporting, filtering, fulfillment, Timeline, etc.
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner - within 1 -5 hours
• Deliver a friendly and concise experience by acting as the front line of communication (primarily via email and Facebook DMs) to our customers
• Work extensively with customers to provide timely solutions including, order entry, order follow-up, shipment tracking, order updates, payment issues etc.
• Has proper time management skills to fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Knowledgeable in order fulfillment with CJDropshipping and DSers
