A Commercial Plumbing Service Technician is someone able to work independently or be dispatched on a team. We are seeking a seasoned (5+ year) commercial plumbing service expert. This individual will support a wide variety of equipment and commercial applications and must be adept and capable to learn quickly (self-learn as needed). This individual is usually responsible for equipment pre-start check out, start up and maintenance/service issues. A Service Technician may be required to push, pull, climb, crawl, squat or lift 50 lbs. This is a Non-Exempt position.
Requirements & Preferences:
• Technician should have a working knowledge of State, OA Smith, and Lochinvar or similar water heaters (gas and electric)
• Experience working on automatic/electronic faucets and flush valves.
• Experience on in-line pumps, mixing valves, backflow devices, etc.
• Able to utilize digital tools for time keeping, communications, plans and specs, etc.
• People skills for maintaining national accounts
• Must have own basic tools

• Ability to understand technical instructions
