Description Of Duties

Localization

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
• Partner with global localization teams to establish workflow, project milestones, and localization tasks.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
• Manages, implements and/or oversees key activities related to product launches and other social media activities, working independently and with other marketing and Strategic Communications teams
• Manages platform content, optimization, reporting/analytics, content development and updates to social media channels
• Oversee direct reports within the social media team
• Leads, drafts and/or edits various materials, including strategic campaign plans for priority titles, social copy; also coordinates collection and distribution of relevant game assets
• Prepares reports and presentations on social media marketing activities. May be required to present reports and presentations to senior leaders, executive management team and global headquarters
• Strong understanding of what is and is not appropriate for Nintendo audiences and to share on Nintendo’s social channels
• As designated, may represent Nintendo as an official corporate spokesperson in an on-camera or in-person capacity; successful completion of training required
• Communicates on an ongoing basis with global headquarters and subsidiaries for program execution, meetings and to share best practices
• Ongoing contact with social platform holders to manage relationships, maximize rollout of new functionality and ensure ongoing optimization of our channels
• Backs up Strategic Communications team members as needed

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of six years related experience in public relations, social media or marketing
• Knowledge of strategic social media practices and platforms
• Experience developing and executing social media programs
• Experience managing budgets
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience ideating and managing still and video assets preferred

Description Of Duties
• Engages with development teams and other infrastructure groups as needed to complete directives assigned by team leadership. May attend standups and other meetings for other teams with, or independently from, team leadership.
• Discover Service Level Indicators, define Service Level Objectives, measure and reduce Toil, and monitor and instrument platforms to measure scalability, reliability and efficiency.
• Submit software fixes for deficiencies within area of expertise or operational responsibility.
• Implements infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, and writes scripts, all to specifications provided by leadership; whether to implement new solutions, support existing solutions, or integrate any combination thereof
• Executes test plans, participates in product quality reviews, and assists with operational issues

Summary Of Requirements
• Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in software development and/or system engineering technologies, patterns, and practices
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Python, Java, Go, etc.).
• Some experience with Linux preferred
• Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, SSL, etc) and some experience in the troubleshooting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (Lambda, EC2, ALB, CloudWatch, etc)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and related tools such as AWS CDK, AWS CloudFormation, or Puppet highly desired

This position includes a base salary range of $80,854 - $121,280 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus up to 30%, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
